Avoid this object! Very bad experience. Rude receptionist (girl with brown hair) who is offending and disturbing guests. Knock on the doors, woke up guests to move parking car than run away. Very bad adittude and very unproffesional harsh person. Besides that, room interior needs to be upgraded because you can see dirty walls on some parts etc.

Really nice room and very friendly staff. Parking in the local area is not easy so we ended up leaving the car in the hotel overnight. Be careful of check out times though, because the reception desk only opens at 9am and they need to be there to open the car park barrier

The place is nice, the location is also quite good. The staff was super friendly on our arrival. The room was clean and it also had a nice massage chair which I wasn't expecting. Recommended for a trip with friends.

unfortunately booked the wrong day via booking.com (I know it's my fault). So i called the office to switch the day or at least to get my money back. Both things were not possible. This is absolutely disappointing !

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Terrible and the worst hotel I have ever seen. If you arrived late at night, you will be LOCKED OUT of the hotel. Totally unacceptable.

Galeria rooms are great in so many ways. There qre just two little things, details, that i would improve. There were only 2 toilet paper rolls for a 5 day stay, and since it was a work stay and i wasnt able to reach the reception due to work, this was awkward. Also, the coffee and tea provided was for like a day. So please, refill or don't bother at all.

The room was spacious and warm, the staff was nice and polite but the bathroom was not really clean

Cozy room, nice welcome at the reception, awsome location if you go out. Shall use that accomodation again. 👍👍👍

No effort to accommodate late checking or clearly communicate that there is basically no way you can get a key after 8PM (maybe they can stay until 9pm for a fee!). Of course insisting on no refunds, even though it was less than an hour after booking and information that we cannot get the key. Terrible customer service and rude communication, would not ever recommend them.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms! The location is excellent for exploring Ljubljana by foot or bike.

Nice room, friendly employees. Just the door of the shower was brocken and there was a air conditioning, but there was no remote control for.

We had a very bad experience at this hotel: the central heating didn't work and they didn't gave us the air con remote control to be able to turn the hot air on so we were quite cold during our stay. The staff didn't seem to worry at all about our complains neither they tried to find a solution. Moreover, the TV had a white line on the screen, they only gave us a tiny gel bottle for the whole stay for the 2 of us and there wasn't any room service while we were there. Reception hours were also unreliable, starting at 11am and finishing at 8pm makes the check-in/check-out complicate for some guests. It is a shame because the hotel could be great if they spend a little time taking care of the space and the guests but instead it's very precarious.

Large comfy bed, very good location, helpful receptionist. Wifi is very slow if it works at all. Very good value for the price though.

We stayed in the Architecture room. Sharp design, large room with photos of architecture. Lovely, helpful reception. The only complaint was the curtains weren't "blackout" so we awoke earlier than we would have liked.

Stayed there for a night just before leaving by train. Ideal for a small stay with early morning departure (close to the train station and at a reasonable distance from the city center). The room was clean and modern

The place itself is beautiful and location was good, unfortunately we had a couple of cold nights.

the room was good wide and clean... the location is good it's close to the city center... the area is calm... there is a big TV in the room have a lot of channels and HBO.... the heating is not the best to be honest specially for a cold winter in the end of November and it took hours until the room became warm... there was a good massage chair in the room but there is no microwave "not even in the common area"... there was a boiler "kettle" in the room and two bags of tea but there was no sugar or coffee the reception team were responding fast through the phone calls or whatsapp specially receptionist Nina Ocvirk she was so kind and helpful... and she explained everything to us around the city like the restaurants and cofe shops ETC. for day or two i recommend this place
