My friend and I decided on this accommodation because of the reasonable price. The accommodation is very small and I have to admit that the whole house has a very unpleasant smell of dampness. We had a situation. Namely, the toilet door cannot be completely locked, but only the shower cabin, but there is still room to see the person while showering. Given that I went to shower first, I closed the main sliding door (which cannot be locked) and of course locked myself in the shower cabin. At one point I heard footsteps and realized that someone had entered in the room, then I saw feet approaching the shower cabin, and then someone kneeling down to lower his head and look at me while I was taking a shower. I started shouting and heard him walking away to the upper floor. I immediately started calling the reception, but no answer from their side. The two of us did not want to stay in that facility even for a minute, so we wrote a message to the accommodation via Booking that we were leaving. The next day we went to the reception and they told us that they had seen the message and the calls, but no one had even deigned to answer them. In the end, they informed me in a message that they do not return money for "such cases". So, we didn't use the room, we left immediately, we weren't even in the facility for half an hour, but after 3 days they announced that they wouldn't approve the refund, regardless of the disgusting situation I experienced. All in all, very bad attitude towards guests.

The rooms are as small -as described- but are finished with charming design features and the beds are comfortable. The common areas and shared bathrooms are modern, attractive, and clean. The hostel is located on a quiet residential street very near to the centre of the city. The pathway along the river is steps away. Great restaurants and cafes are 5-10 mins away.

Rooms are very small, but anyway all was good

Greetings first to the owner of the hotel! First, as you can see in the video and a picture, I have never seen this anywhere in Europe where I have traveled! Like the fluoro on the 2 quilts that were put in there was a large amount of hair from a cat or something! dust all over the room and the room is so small that it is full and one can recover nothing else..! luckily I had 2 things that I wear for t-shirts and something else that collects dust and dirty things so that's how I managed! Third, I slept "naked" all night and had to cover myself with my sweatpants because I had no other solution! In the morning, when one of the female employees came, it was me and I said everything as it is, as if she was not interested in anything, nor to apologize or anything..! I will say one thing only I have been now and never and everyone will know what this hotel is like but taking money from tourists and doing things like this is embarrassing honestly..!!

Oh dear. Badly let down - they cancelled a (twice) confirmed booking on the day we were due to arrive to sell the room to someone else. Don't risk it.

The lady at the front desk (at art hotel) was incredibly sweet and helpfull! She told us all the information we needed and reccomended soms places to eat and drink :) room is quite small (but then again its called the cube for a reason) would stay again!!! :)

Cheap but pleasant. Staff were nice and gave the necessary information so we could get to our room. The room was small, with the bed taking 80% of the space. The bathroom and shower was a bit small, especially for me at 185 cm. The kitchens were small, but it didn't bother us at all. The best part was the location. Close to the river and a short walk to all the spots we wanted to visit. We had a late train, but the Art Hotel allowed us to store our luggage there until we had to go for free.

We stayed for just 1 night. We didn't like anything. First of all, the check in it was in another hotel and if you have baggage with you it is a little bit difficult to get there. Second, the room was very small. It was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty because it was public. You could hear everything in the night. They were many noises from the other rooms. We didn't sleep well. I don't recommend this in any case. The only good thing is that it's near to the city center. It's much better to save more money and stay in another hotel or apartment.

Cheap, and clean, nothing else. Bear in mind that to check in, you have to go to the other hotel to grab your codes.

A little bit expensive for a hostel for 2, everything else was fine. It was clean ( this depends on the people living there as well ) and the staff from art hotel was very nice and helpful.

The room was nice. But the bathroom was a bit small. The location was also good, not too far from the river.

Small rooms but good. Easy in communication, central location, good pricing, clean rooms. Shared bathrooms cleaned regularly.

It's was not very clean. Kitchen not amazingly equipped. I had to fix the drain in the shower so the water runs out well. There was a drop of blood on my bed linen, which can happen, no hard feelings, and it was replaced by an apologetic employee with bed linen that had no sipper. See pictures for references. We arrive 5 to 18 o'clock and the employee already closed her books and all, even if she was still present. So we were told the check in at another place and pay the tourist tax there, that's all fine, but telling us we have to do it today even if the employee could help arrange it for us is not such a nice experience. The neighbors can be heard in their room and the shared kitchen and bathroom. Cleaning starts at 8, if you are awake or not, they can be heard Two stars as the location is really perfect, everything is in walking distance. Rooms need some maintenance, and a painting job and generally some love and care for the task.

Very nice an quiet location round the corner from the city centre chaos. Cosy and generally clean, although there was dust on the top shelf of the closet so that my dark blue pants got dirty 😳

Not very good. Room was quite dirty, with hair and blood? stained sheets and garbage not removed from last guest. You can hear everything from the next room, even the person plugging their phone in. Very tiny shower. As other reviewers note, check in is 8 minute walk away which is annoying with luggage. I found the location to be very bad, nothing is nearby. Too expensive for the bad quality.

Good location and good value for 2 people. Air conditioning is in a lobby and vented through the door and wall. Reasonable place. Couple of taps don't work. Guy who checked us in was a bit of an arse.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are small, but well kept. There is airco in the hall, which also helps in the bedroom if you keep the door open a bit. There is a ventilator and also a wall ventilator. The beds themselves are comfy. Showers and kitchen are clean! My shoes got stolen (I let them air in the hall, cause of the small space). Which is a shame.

Clean and nice place. Small and intimate. You enter with a code to main entrance and to your own room. Shared bathrooms are new and very clean. I would definitely recomend!

Quiet and nice

Reception is located in another hotel. We received this information from the door and by email, which arrived when we were already in our room. Reception is 7 minutes walk one way. Whether in burning sun or pouring rain with your luggage. No other way since it is all a pedastrian area. Cleaning chart of the toilet hadn't been filled in half a month. Check out until 10. There is a view to old town from the roof window.

The aircondition was in the corridor outside the very smal room, so it had hardly any effect on the climate inside☹️ Beside that it was a clean, nice place.

The place is clean, and the staff was nice. But the rooms and the shower is really-really small. And you can hear every noise in the rooms, so if you are a light sleeper, than this is not a good choice for you. And you have to calculate, that if somebody is cooking fish in the kitchen, as it happened during our stay, the whole place will smell like fish for long hours.
