Janez is a fully functional apartment (including washing machine or ironing table). Elegant, too. Some problems with sleeping, because the bedrooms are near the busy street, and the upper rooms' floor is covered with old grinding wood.

Great accommodation (we had the big one all the way upstairs), modern and well spaced, host Rok is communicating and helping out very well.

Stayed here 2 Nights with friends on a visit to to ljubljana. We checked in late and no one was available since we had missed communication from the host. Fortunately the slip up was quickly corrected and we could collect the keys from the safe and found the host helpful on a phone call. The apartment is clean and very spacious with free parking easily available. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and the kitchen with some utensils and the the convenience Store nearby made the stay so very easy for us. The only concern was the noise of the traffic but everything else including the the washing machine in the apartment made up for this small inconvenience. Overall recommended. Specially for families.

Amazing place. Very friendly owner. Rok let us in early although it was not check in time yet. That one is definitely a plus. Place was sparkling clean and they had maps available, even lent us a public transport card. Location is around 20 minutes walk to the city Centre so it's pretty manageable.

The admin is awesome, they a looked us to check in early since we were on a night bus the day before. We managed to check in at 6 am and had plenty of time to rest. They were friendly and helpful too. Definitely a good place to consider for a low budget stay.

Quirky little appartment. On 3rd floor 3 flights to carry bags up to tiny landing at orange door. Kitchen well set up fridge dishwasher. Walk in robe is not in bedroom is off lounge. Comfy bed air con. 20 mins walk into Ljubljana. Next to Tivoli Park. We enjoyed our stay.

Really good experience, comfortable and clean room. Great location next to bike station, Tivoli park and the center. Even though there is no kitchen I would repeat.

The room was basic, reasonably spacious, en-suite, had a comfortable double bed, a desk, shelves and space to hang your clothes. The parking was available (limited!). Price was OK for Ljubljana, so considering everything, we would recommend a stay here.

Decent accommodation, neighbouring on tivoli park, 20-25 min from city center on foot. Clean, tidy, fully equipped, no odors and sound proof of the main road. Τhe exterior looks rather old but the interior is absolutely different with pleasant design.

Room is stunning, spacious, and clean, shower is amazing, bed is comfortable. The exterior of the building and the entrance hall looks like a graffiti building site. OH stands for 'Old House', so I presume it has been kept like this as a quaint reminder of it's history. Don't get put off by the exterior . . . this place is a gem.

The apartment is wonderful: clean, cozy and comfortable. It is easy to achieve by car because it’s located near one of the main roads and not in the centre of the city. There are some parking places for guests. 10 minutes on foot and you are in a park, 20 minutes and you are in the centre. There are some cafes and supermarket nearby. Kati is super, very friendly and helpful.

Very nice appartements, big and clean. Owner was really nice. The appartement is not so far from center and it is nice to go through the Tivoli park. You have also a parking space for the car which can be difficult to find in the city center.
