The oldest working cisterian monastery in Slovenia, from 1100. It's 8 Eur to go inside the grounds, but you can enter the church and walk around the site for free. It's a lovely complex. Plus there are some stone works that are very old that are a must-see near the main entrance displaying Christian art.

So I feel weird to write a review of a monastery. So I’ll write about the museum. The museum has a lot to offer, exhibiting how books in the medieval time was made and also some very fine embroidery. The history of the monastery is interactive and well presented. The staff of the museum is super friendly and welcoming. Shop wasn’t open on the day we arrived. So no comments on that.
