The
waitresses
lacked
facial
expressions,
and
every
time
a
new
person
approached
our
table
(a
total
of
5
different
people),
there
was
no
warm
greeting
or
even
a
simple
"hello"
or
"good
afternoon."
The
first
waitress
brought
the
menu
but
showed
no
enthusiasm.
The
second
one
took
our
order
but
only
nodded
her
head
without
saying
anything.
The
last
person
was
an
Indian
fellow
who
didn't
understand
Slovenian.
The
hot
and
sour
soup
had
no
flavor,
while
the
Mongolian
beef
was
somewhat
decent.
The
chow
suey
chicken
was
also
bland,
lacking
taste.
Additionally,
the
rice
portion
served
was
very
small.
Overall,
the
dining
experience
left
much
to
be
desired,
as
the
service
and
food
quality
were
disappointing.
In
addition
to
the
previous
points,
the
prices
at
the
restaurant
were
reasonable.
However,
the
cleanliness
of
the
table
was
a
major
concern.
There
was
bird
droppings
on
our
table,
and
it
was
dried
and
hardened,
indicating
that
it
had
been
there
for
a
while.
It
was
evident
that
the
staff
did
not
clean
the
tables
after
every
customer,
which
was
quite
off-putting
and
unsanitary.
Overall,
while
the
prices
were
acceptable,
the
lack
of
cleanliness
and
hygiene
standards
significantly
impacted
the
dining
experience
and
needs
to
be
addressed
by
the
restaurant
management.
