I don't generally buy frozen foods, but I've shopping here once a week during lockdown for my very elderly mum who is shielding. Really impressed with their food range, especially the £1 and £1.60 meals. Mum loves them, and for about £8.00 a week I know she will have a filling, hot meal every day. Plenty of aisle room, so no worries about social distancing. Staff are lovely too.

Nasty and unwelcoming place to shop if you are a POC. A rude lady (who wouldn't move down along the conveyer belt) accused me for being closer to her than 2 meters. I told her I was more than 2 meters away but she said that was because she moved creating the gap. Shen then moaned about me to the security man who was not a witness or even near the till. The security man and another customer heard the ladies version and made grunting noises at me. Moral - being white automatically means you are correct in each and every situation. No one needs to verify anything and white staff and customers will just band together. Disgusting place to shop.

They got everything you need frozen and lots of cakes/ crisps / drinks fridge foods / eggs /spong puddings great offers vegetables/ sweets / biscuits / kitchen items air fryers candles pets yoys and dog beds and cat food and dogs food and treats for both I can't believe the prices they are very reasonable and loads of offers as soon as you walk in big shop loads of room to walk everything in it right place and the staff are very helpful and happy to help you find what you need if you ask they will find the items and are very happy to serve you

Cracking store! Havnt been to Iceland in years due to low grade food products over the years. Thought we would give it another go recently and we weren’t disappointed. Great food selection, great layout, helpful staff and the quality has massively improved. We are on a bit of a health kick lately and stick up regularly on their great frozen veg range, but there is a bit in there for everyone and all at great prices.

Always so well stocked with a huge variety of brands at much better prices than normal supermarkets. Easy to do your full weekly shop here. Frozen produce is always great, niche items and random and new flavours which make you want to pick absolutely everything up on your way around, so tempting. Good staff availability, shelves stocked with more coming out all the time.

Cardiffs largest Iceland warehouse, with decent stock available. Its a well organised store with spacious, clean aisles. Limited but helpful staff.

A fairly large Food Warehouse shop selling the usual food items you would expect from Iceland. As it's an Iceland shop, most of the food is frozen but they do offer a fairly large selection of fresh foods and cupboard items too (including household essentials and cleaning products etc). There were plenty of parking spaces when we visited on a weekend morning and there were also plenty of trolleys available. The car park is shared with other nearby shops so could potentially get quite full at busy times. The car park also includes disabled parking spaces near the shop entrance. The shop layout is a little annoying as they seem to want to encourage you to go down most of the aisles before you finally get to the tills. Although there was only one till open at the time of our visit we were served very quickly (thanks to a customer with a full trolley letting us go in front of them as we only had a few things). The staff member who served as at the till was very friendly and helpful.

This giant aircraft Hanger sized Iceland food shop is the biggest Iceland shop I have ever been in. It's a regular Iceland on Steroids. Everything you'd expect to find in a regular store but loads of extra drinks and seemingly loads of extra everything. I don't quite know how there is so much more on display but the freezer sections are much larger than normal and it's also got a lot more non food items along one of the side aisles. Mind blowing!

Big variety of quality frozen products but also a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Wide aisles, so doesn't get too crowded. Big parking lot outside. Clean shop floor and friendly staff.

Not very good aisles full of goods waiting to go into the freezers and defrosting. To much imported chicken from Thailand and Brazil so won't buy it. How can you call a chicken from Poland fresh!! So am giving up buying there.

The service with some staff are good and with some staff the service is bad they had great offers on product even the website says there open at 8am they open at 804 am and in the morning there’s not staff at the till you have to look for them when no 1 around there not on shop floor
