Honestly I am fuming, my wife has gone and got me Kebab meat and chips, cost £10 and it’s like a small. Hardly any meat at all and the chips portion is terrible, I didn’t even have salad or sauce either and you serve a portion like this. This will be the last time I ever go back after that, to serve a portion this poorly is shocking and I’d be embarrassed. Lost a good loyal customer here and it’s a shame because your food is good and tasty. It’s happening far too often now with prices going up through the roof and portions getting smaller and smaller. Victoria Fish Bar wipes the floor with portion sizes so they’ll get my business from now on every time. It was only the week before last we done a £42 order for the family and this stingy portion has gone and lest me feel the way I do. Not happy one bit!!!

Best kebabs in Cardiff. Tasty chicken shish and donner kebabs. The mixed kebab tray was huge and lovely too. Comes with a fresh salad and sauces. Delivery was quick too. My favourite place. Recommended.

First time going there yesterday, had a beautiful triple cheeseburger with chips, cooked amazingly and big portions, very good value for money. Looks very clean there and the staff are super polite!! Will deffo be going back soon :)

The kebab was lush! Very tasty and thick cuts of Donner. The spicy wings were also very good. One of the best kebabs ever.

Had a mixed kebab with chips. Food was good as was the service. Slightly expensive in my opinion but would buy from here again.

Always a great kebab. Lamb shish was tender and tasty and with all the extras it makes a hearty meal.

Used to be great would go every week getting worse by the week today is last time we use them only had 6 very small pieces of lamb hardly any donar meat very very disappointed time to look elsewhere!!

Definitely not the best, for a kebab shop that won the British kebab awards I expected better. Kebab meat was taken out of a Bain-marie not freshly cut and had lumps of fat, garlic sauce was weak. I wouldn't be so brutal if it was just a normal kebab shop without the awards. Just an avarage kebab otherwise. I've tasted a lot better than this in two other kebab shops I know of.

Everytime I go into this place they always mess up my order! Everytime! Re phoned the shop to basically be called a liar and told my order went in the guys ear and straight out the other! Golden bbq use to be the best around but since lockdown they’ve gone down hill massively! Can’t even get a kebab order right! Probably will stop going here now as this isn’t the first or second time they’ve messed my order up!

Had kebab delivered to me. They put the wrong source on the kebab. I put garlic source but they instead put Chilli. I called up about it and the customer service was very rude to me. He kept saying it was my mistake and I asked what they planned to do to fix it because I have the proof I selected garlic. They’re saying they have proof I selected chilli. They didn’t even ask my name or anything to check my order. This service is disgusting

Went in there ordered, guy said it was 40£, that was fine handed it to him, no change which was fine. Waited for my food, got home. 2 of the 4 meals were wrong. So we phoned up and they were very rude. They read out the order we asked the price to see if we could get a refund for the 2 wrong orders and they went on to say that it was 30£, NOT 40. Not only did they get our order wrong and overcharge us to keep it for themselves, the guy told us to “F” off, proceeding to call us all the names under the sun. They are cardless meaning cash is the only option, they scammed us of 10£ as they don’t pay their taxes to run the business like everyone else. Very disappointed, foods grim anyways

Food was fresh and nice, generous portions we couldn't eat all the meat. The small chips was enough for 2 people - the chips were cooked fresh and good quality. Loads of fresh salad- I would have again.

Best chicken shish kebabs in Cardiff. This place is always busy and there is a reason for this. Stick to keebabs on their menu its their speciality. Burgers ok, pizza ok, but their keebabs are great!

Amazing food and super friendly staff. My kids and I love Golden BBQ's wraps and chips. Very delicious and very big portions! Their pizza is yummy as well. Highly recommended. Keep it up guys!

Hands down best kebab in all of Cardiff and best I've probably ever had in the UK. The house special kebab is a tray of absolute joy, charcoal-y delicious meat on top of grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers, which makes this a cut above the rest.

Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the price and reduced portions lately

Holy mother of god I love this place. Randomly found it and glad I did. They do some incredible food, I'd recommend this all day long.
