Quite a busy car park used a lot by taxis driving through to pick up passengers without parking up to wait. There is a 20-minute free parking spaces for pick up and drop off.

Easy parking , always plenty of spaces, but it’s quite expensive at £12.50 for 24 hrs. Seems to go up all the time. I used the app Dash to pay for my parking. It’s quick and easy and you get a confirmation email and text you’ve paid.

Make sure you have £12.50 in coins as the machines are ancient and don't take notes or card payments. There is a sign directing people to an app, website and telephone service for payment by card - all don't work. Loads of cars in the car park with tickets under their wipers. People's time is probably worth more than the £50 fine.

Convenient parking but expensive. Best parking after 7pm for £5 or you will have to pay £12.50 for 24hrs. Easy to enter and exit.

Generally, this is an accessible and convenient carpark with plenty of space. I had two issues, the first is that they use the Pay by Phone app, which brings its own problems. The second was not being able to get out due to a coach blocking the exit, when I pointed this out to the driver, he shrugged his shoulders and told me to go another way -this needs to be policed.

Easy to get to using Google maps even for someone like me who never drives into Cardiff often. Ample parking spaces. Unfortunately I found the car park ticket machine extremely complicated to use. Others were in the same boat. TRANSPORT FOR WALES check the usability of these.

The first 20 min are free on the designated drop off/ puck up parking bays. I don't know about anything else.

Car park was okay it cos 12.50 a day but we had to leave the car for a couple of days because the hotel we were staying in had no parking. The car door seemed to have a bit of damage on the door which set the alarm off.

20 min free park is great

Twenty minutes free parking to pick up or put down, useful if you wear a red bowler hat so friends/relatives can pick you out

good parking area, close to all amenities. £12.50 per day or £50 for the week. ticket can be bought in the station, on line with Dash parking app. or at machine.

Right at the edge of the city centre. £12 for 24 hours parking excellent... Make sure your parking space doesn't have a kerb in front of it, caught the front of the car, my fault...

Fed up of seeing the disabled spaces blocked by taxis. This also impacts people trying to pull in and out of the 20 min drop off spaces. So inconsiderate!!

Parked there recently and was able to pay via PayByPhone mobile app. Current tariff £13.50/day (24 hours). Great upgrade 👍

Always seems to be ample parking available

Could do with a good clean & parking could be more organised and clear pricibg visible

Coffee in the shop my wife and I used was Putrid, one sip and we put it down , left it on table, Sandwiches looked Dry. Very Poor

It's a carpark at a train station, not much to say really.

This car park is closed but they don’t say so on the web site. Missed my train today because of this.

The parking payments at this carpark are beyond infuriating. You have to download an app which barely functions or call a phone-line which is incredibly irritating and takes about fifteen mins to process a call. So stressful and puts you in a bad mood. Also not idea if you're in a rush.

Convenient drop-off/pick-up area, large enough to be useful...... not like the awkward, tiny space previously available at the front of the station that was generally blocked by taxis.

12 50 for all day but if you arrive after 9am you might struggle for spaces till about 3pm

There's no problem with the station itself. Trouble is with the trains...

Electric scooters cost the same as cars - no attempt to encourage people to use them and protected area for them

The disabled bays are always blocked by taxis . Why is there not a taxi rank to pick up customers?
