If you wish to take a break from the city and enjoy the calm and beauty of nature, Els Masos de Caula really is the place for you with its stunning view. We were welcomed by the lovely Rosa - who is here if you need anything or if you have any requests - in this charming little haven. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed the fireplace very much. There's absolutely everything you need, and we were even greeted with a bottle of champagne and a big plate of fruits at our arrival. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back in the summertime to enjoy the pool.

Unfortunately only 2 days we could be there…. Incredible place, such an attentive care for any details starting from welcoming, villa, rooms appliances, breakfast, landscape….. I know is kind of chaotic list but…. Well you must go there and then you will agree!!!! Sorry only few photo, too busy to enjoy!

This was a beautiful place. So peaceful and quiet with amazing views over the hills and valley. Rosa, who manages the place, is a delight, always available during the day to answer any question and can offer great recommendations on walks and restaurants. The pool is set in a great lawn with sun chairs for every guest. The house was spotless and decorated with great taste using a lot of vintage furniture but with all the latest conveniences including air-conditioning, mosquito nets on every window, endless hot water, a bathroom for each of the three bedrooms as well as dishwasher, washing machine, expresso etc. Just a great place and a big thanks to Rosa!

Stayed there for a week. Loved the peaceful surrounding, beautiful view, calm swimming pool and very friendly Rosa who looked after us so well. We will definitely go back!

We had such a lovely and relaxing time here. Rosa was so incredibly hospitable, kind and accommodating. It is just 25 minutes outside of Girona up a winding dirt road in the hills. So quiet and peaceful. We were able to do day trips to Girona, Banyoles and some beautiful nearby waterfalls. We had some great lunches at nearby restaurants. The pool was the perfect entertainment for my kids. We stayed in Mas Galliner which was a beautifully appointed two bedroom. Everything feels new but also rustic in the right way. I can't say enough good things about this place. I feel so lucky to have found it.
