I just had a super frustrating experience at this store. I waited to try to get paint while the only person who was working at that department was chatting with and helping a women pick a light fixture (THAT SHE DIDNT EVEN BUY) for Literally 28 MINUTES! Then after paying and when leaving, I noticed a mistake on one of the prices, and when I notified one of the register workers, she had me standing there waiting for everyone to pay for their items before correcting it, even though she had received confirmation about the mistake. Seriously terrible people and store. buy online and avoid the headache.

Just horrible. I bought doors at Leroy Merlin plus the Installment. The total cost was more than 3000 euros. The installment was horrible. The work is made very unprofessional. JENNIFER from the doors department was very unfriendly and rassist. She does not even reply to my emails. NOEMIE promised me to send technicians since 2 months. I am waiting and waiting but NOEMIE ignores my calls. After the installment there are a lot of problems with the doors. It’s horrible. But the worst experience was with Jennifer, who treated me in a very rassist way. And Noemie, who is ignoring me since months. NEVER AGAIN, Leroy Merlin.

Bad service from ignorant staff. They sell you the wrong paint, deny it, then when you re-order they make you wait half an hour to get it. Shocking treatment of clients. Only go there if you really have to.

Kept waiting 30 mins to speak to someone about kitchen appliances. They charge for every service possible and then rhe delivery doesn't turn up and no-one gets in touch to explain why. Customer services say its not their responsability and to fill out a form and send it via the web. Social media are very sorry but only care about their reputation. Twice we've waited at home for a delivery that never turned up with no call...

We received first class service at Leroy Merlin urban during the big renovation of our house. We had a new kitchen installed as well as three bathrooms, new floors, new windows, and had everything painted. Our swimming pool was also renovated. A massive undertaking which was perfectly coordinated by Claudio Marras. He was there for us every step of the way and made the whole process go of without a hitch. He was super helpful with the choices of materials and design and was always there if we had any questions or doubts. Together with with his colleague Jenifer he made sure everything ran smoothly. Luciana from the kitchen department designed a gorgeous kitchen for us exactly liked we wanted it! Carlos assisted us with the bathroom. Together with the guys from OMSA they realised a spectacular renovation of our house and made the whole project fun and easy. And on top of that Claudio made sure we received a very generous check from Leroy Merlin for the work we had done. And brought us a lovely Christmas present which was also very awesome and generous!!❤️ We definitely highly recommend these guys at LM urban in Barcelona. it's practical. it's in the city center. The service offered on site is pretty bad. It seemed to me that they just didn't want to sell. Every amswer is a big NO, every problem is unsurmountable. You have to arm yourself with a lot of patience.

Staff not educated, rude, have no idea what they may and need to do and what they don't do for customers. Made conflict from the simplest thing like testing of the most expensive lamps. Shouted on customer that "this is my store and my rules". I waited for consultation for 20 min and in the result two different managers gave me and opposite explanations. Just wasted my time there, lost my good mood, didn't buy anything and finally got the same times in another place two times cheaper! Not recommended! Rude personal!

The staff is very rude. When u are talking even they dont look at face . Like ignoring. Today 2 november at 14:10 i was at second floor to talk for a project and till 14:46 i waited ( 3 other people was waiting also ) finally we found someone to ask and they contacted with some people and informed us that till 15:00 no-one will attend to that desk ! Do you think thats normal ? Ridiculous! And i was telling this to the people at the cashier they were like with a face “ talk talk but i dont care “ increible!

Good shop. Sometimes they don't have everithing in stock (wich is understandable) but they did have the mirror i was looking for. They have like 4 floors full of stuff and personal in all of them. Prices are fine, you can check them at their website.

Way understaffed. You gotta know what you want. Don't ask questions. Also, the answer is sometimes complete HS.

Comes in handy for urgent full solutions, as to get materials and tools at a reasonable price. Maybe more variety as they have in bigger stores would be nice but still does the job

I bought an Air Conditioning machine from them in July 2years ago, they installed it in September, summer lost without use. Then reported an issue with the machine last year in July, they came to fix it mid September, another summer without AC This year I had the same issue, reported on 16 of June, and still waiting reply, I suppose they will fix it in September, amazing service with no solution after more than 15 calls.
