Despite their expensive fees, I have been a member of the gym for years as I liked their installations and the location. However, their attitude during health pass times was unacceptable. They did not let me in any of the areas just because I could not provide them a European QR. They did not let me use any part of the gym and denied paying my 3-month-payment back. The girl at the reception took me for a fool when I asked for an official complaint form. She pretended as she would not understand and tried not to fill out the form for 3 hours! I asked for my money back so I could use it for something else if I was not going to use it for this gym. Which never happened. They did not really care neither apologized for anything and I could not take my money back. Later on months later when I went back to complain again what was happening with my money return exactly they said they could not pay it back but I could use it as a voucher. Such an expensive gym with such poor customer relations. I am completely disappointed.

Horrible .waiting for my money that I paid a year advance still no answer .I have emailed 3weeks long still no answer .very bad bad management . I will get my refund and wil post all social media every day .

The place is very comfortable

I think it is a very good gym, it has a bit of everything, one of the things I like the most is the swingpool. The instrutors are good. They also have a solarium, in summer it is very good, right below they have the saunas that are relaxing.

I really like this gym.

I have been coming her for one year, primarily to use the swimming pool early in the morning. I have really enjoyed my experience and really appreciate the two different pools as well as the the saunas. I really like the location as it right next to the beautiful Putxet park.

Do not join this gym if you are wanting to take your children swimming. Today the lifeguard who stared at his phone the whole time put it down to tell me that my 6 year old had used the shower near the pool too many times as they have water restrictions in Spain. The showers are on a timer and run for 5-7 seconds. She used the shower 3 times over an hour. Hilarious stuff. We cancelled our family membership on the way out.

Really clean, airy gymnasium. The staff were super friendly and the lady on reception was very nice at explaining everything on my first visit. I was there using my Andjoy app.

I've been in the gym for 10 years now. A total of 10: facilities, rooms, material, staff. I only do guided activities and the instructors are and have always been phenomenal, seriously always excellent. Maria, Silvia, Keila, Marco (who is no longer there) have represented a reference for what I understand as instructors of great quality, thanks to them for all the classes they have done, they have represented a lot for me these years and if I love the activities directed by them. I hope the gym always has this quality in instructors.

I'm María, I go to classes and you are there, they seem good to me. My criticism is for the poor changing rooms and showers. The showers are dirty and without any maintenance. The locker room leaves a lot to be desired and the lockers, with the hangers, are really sad.

Very good, I have been a founding partner since July 30, 2010, only interrupted by confinement. I stay well thanks to the guided and free exercises that I practice. I'm 87

I have been going to the gym for a long time, but I don't see that there is good maintenance of the showers and lockers, the hangers, the doors, the cleaning.

I have been going to the Putxet Sport gym for many years, there is a good atmosphere, and the instructors are great The showers are a real disaster, there is tremendous neglect: Many doors, towel hangers, shelves to leave the locker key and other objects are missing. The lockers do not have the number and the keys are very bad.
