* Moving fast over charging They try to come off as friendly but are really sneaky & cheaters. First of all every time I've gone there I've never received a receipt always had to ask, they charge you more than what the display has try getting a drink it clearly says the refreshers for a large is 3.49 ( as the sign has) they will charge you $3.99 for a lemonade one when you asked about it over talking you. The only time I received a receipt was national donut day June the 2nd, showing they gave it guessing so they can be reimbursed.

I've used this location on and off for years. There used to be a really friendly guy named Sunil? but I'm not sure what happened to him. It's been downhill since he left. There was a really rude lady that kept making my order wrong (things like I ordered coffee+cream, no sugar and she would put equal in it). Her name was something like Ama... Can't remember. She had such a nasty attitude and people I know who also went there would make the same comments so it didn't just happen to me. I stopped going for a long time and recently tried again a couple of times. I didn't see the rude lady from before. However, there was a new rude lady that actually yelled "hurry up" to me at the speaker (no cars were behind me) and then told me to hurry up again at the window and demanded I quickly drive away when I was checking the coffee because what was on the cup wasn't what I ordered. I stopped going again, but it's on my daily drive so every few months or so I check to see if it's better. The donuts are usually dry, unless it's early morning. The last time I went, I didn't see either of the rude ladies, hopefully they're both gone forever. Everyone else has been friendly or regular/professional. This location is hit or miss.

Although I order the same coffee, the taste is never consistent. The donuts are trash!!! The guy that works the window in the morning need to be replaced!!!!

The chai latte is a great hot beverage if you feel like switching it up from coffee from time to time. Nice, cozy, clean, comfortable atmosphere. As a black man living in America I'm particularly pleased to find places located in neighborhoods like this (majority black) that welcomes my business, doesn't make me feel uncomfortable, and has always seemed to have respect for our community.

The service was fast and pleasant. He offered recommendations and service with a smile. Greatly appreciated. Usually, when I visit, mobile order pick up is just handing your coffee and donut out the window and walking away. Definitely didn't want to see her again.

This place is mid. Rushing staff, even when the shop is empty. Most of the cashier's are rude. Lady literally rolled her eyes at me today. The Dunkin in Hamilton is better, that one is top tier.

Drink prices are at least a dollar higher here than any other location. Their iced tea never tastes the same and rarely tastes good.

The door hours say they close at 8pm. The online hours say 8:30. This place ALWAYS locks up between 7 and 7:30. They won't answer the door. They just count their money and ignore you. Officially change your hours!!!!

Just read a review and a customer had the same issue. Pleas beware and check your transactions and ask for a receipt I was charged 15.10 for the one donut I ordered and they claimed they didn’t charge my card, I’m going to call the police and contact the BBB this is the second time these scams artists have done this, I can only imagine how many other people they have gotten.

My am stop every morning. Love the workers. They know my order before I even say anything.

Always polite, always quick even when there’s a long line.
