    My order is always off, when I choose to stop at this McDonald's 😩 The meal is never prefect. Something is always worthy of me complaining about. They may give you a good burger, but, the fries are cold. Or the fries are perfect, but, they give you a burger or old bread. They may even completely forget to give you your drink when you have ordered a meal! Listen, get it together over there!

    This location is a nice-sized one with plenty of parking spaces, areas for seating and tables, 4 Self- service kiosks and a large play area for kids, one for 4-12 year olds with a climbing wall, and one for toddlers up to 3 years old. Service can be a bit slow at certain times of the day, but overall, it's a better one than some other McDonald's locations in/around Northeast Baltimore.

    This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Loch Raven and Taylor Ave!!!They never have what you want and always! Either cut you short of what you ordered and paid for!! Or give you the wrong order. The people at the windows need to be trained!! This is a business! What kind of managers do they have!! It is just ridiculous!!! The service sucks here!!! This one should be closed down permanently! So disgusted with this place!!!! It has happened too many times!!!! Everyone is taking about the poor inadequate service at this McDonald's! I am truly pissed!

    At 9:10pm on 6/24/23 the women that was at the drive through window had a bad attitude.. she could not get my order right after 5 times of telling her . She gets mad and calls me a few nasty words and throws my receipt and card at me and tells me that to go f my self. I'm never going to that McDonald's again. She should be fired .

    Food was hot service was fast only complaint is they must have pulled the fries up so fast they didn't cook thoroughly. One was still tough but the other fries was light in color and soft.

    It's a serious hit or miss. If you catch them on the right day, you get warm food and amazing service. If you stop by on a not-so-good day, well.... Let's just say you get what you get (literally); I mean food and service. The good days outweigh the bad so I visit every so often. What's sad is that you kinda become numb to bad service that you find reasons to tolerate it.

    I guess if you're expecting a inner-city regularly ran type McDonald's atmosphere that is exactly what you were going to get at this location. The people running the drive-thru are generally not interested in doing their job or being polite in most ways and they don't offer half of their menu for random reasons every time

    WORST MCDONALD'S LOCATION EVER. Drive thru is closed for no reason. It's nearly impossible to get served here. I don't understand why corporate McDonald's doesn't to anything about it. If this location decides that they want to wait on the food is cold. I don't understand why you have to wait for cold fries. Don't even bother stopping here. Just go to the Taco Bell. Or Chick-fil-A.

    This place is terrible! I'm a delivery driver and came there on Sunday night for an order there were about 30 cars in the Drive-Thru... I could see about 10 delivery orders packaged up sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up but they leave the drivers no option but to sit behind all the other people that are placing orders in order to pick up their deliveries.... Which is ridiculous, because no driver is going to wait..... And if the customers don't get the food that's sitting on your counter, you don't get paid for it!!!!!! So you guys waste a ton of food and lose a lot of money by not giving delivery drivers another option besides sitting in that ridiculous line.

    Could be more acknowledgeable towards people/customer. Customer service would be better if they would just acknowledge people which would create a better atmosphere

    Drive thru worker didn't seem like she felt like working on this particular day. Maybe she was tired, I don't know. But overall, all was well.

    The place is as everyone has said. Today 10/15 is my last time coming to this location. My order is never right. Curbside is a joke as I don't get served until the drive thru is cleared. Also missing food items. There is almost no reason to post this cause things will never change there. The cherry on top has to be no working phone number for a business. Just bad all around.

    I only get fries and chicken nuggets happy meal for my son. The fries are always hot and fresh! The service can be slow sometimes for inside and drive thru !

    Ok so I have been at this location at least 10 or more times (various times & days of the week) just to make sure that what I'm about to say was as honest as possible!!! This location is terrible - no matter what time of day or day of the week! (For the record, not as bad as the one right up the street next to Cheeseys but they are definitely running in a strong 2nd place!!!) You know how sometimes establishments may just be off or having a bad day like during rush hour with a few work call outs - it's possible I get it! Sometimes it's just a bad day but every time I have been here, it's been terrible. From the service to the food - an all around terrible (like why I gotta ask for napkins or a straw or why You got an attitude with the whole world or why are You loudly having personal conversations with Me sitting right there - I could go on & on) Now that I know for a fact that this location is really terrible, I'll be going to another McDonald's in that area! And if by chance it's not one close than I'll just want until I get on My side of town

    Rude racist refuse to serve me and two other guests due to short of staff. Manager threaten to call the police on me & the other two guest. I had already place my order on the McDonald's app before I arrive. Poor customer service. This is how America's be treated in U.S.A. second class citizen...

    Hate to be racy but them Hispanics better count their days! They leaving after work stealing my food!! I get there my order placed mobily and they literally gave me somebody else food. I told them it wasn’t mine they said they ain’t care. My order which was placed there magically disappears off the screen the line wrapped around the building at 11pm and them Hispanic little girl leaving out there with the lines still long with 4 and 5 bags of food in their hands probably MY food walking out happy af. This been like this at this location and McLean blvd for the last two months. They going end up fr because i spent my money my points and wasted 25 mins literally of my time in the drive through with a crying baby. The whole team coming back for yall

    I only come here once a month when my sister comes down to Frist Cash Pawn to pay on her layaway. The French fries 🍟 are cold, and chicken nuggets are nothing like they were. I always get the 20 peace nuggets because my nephew. They were also cold this truly unbelievable. The staff are more concerned about having a conversation between each other rather than waiting on the customers 🙄. They're really nice but the customer should come first then have a conversation. We should be able to get a refund, but this place is pretty busy when we get there, so we just deal with cold food?
