My mother has lived here for over 4 years and is very happy here. Convenient location. Property management team is awesome. Brenda and Terrence provide excellent customer service s to the tenants. Building itself is aged, however, any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty good too. Hats off to Brenda's team, they did an awesome job to take care of Seniors in the building.The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. The property kept nice and clean. Overall, it's a nice place to live.

My mother has been living at the apartments for around 20 years. Over those years, there has been several managers. When the apartments were bought by new owners, Brenda became the manager along with Terrance, her assistant manager. Both have been the best so far to communicate and deal with. My mother, who is 92, can be difficult to handle but Brenda is amazing at dealing with her and making her happy. I work a lot so I appreciate her and Terrance so much for taking time to take care of her needs. Anytime I have questions or problems, Brenda or Terrance is available to answer and help me resolve issues.

My parents moved in to the Lakeview apartments shortly after the pandemic started, we were very impressed with how Brenda and her team handled the leasing process in the most effective and safe manners during that special time when most of us stay home to hide from the virus, they bravely went to work everyday to serve their senior residents. Since then, my parents kept on telling me all the impressive work and good deeds Brenda and her team consistently delivered -- highly effective management, clean and pleasant environment, nutritious food supply, friendly gestures, great maintenance and warmful holiday cards/gifts -- everything shows that Brenda and her team have put their hearts on their work and these elderly. My parents always told me how competent Brenda is as a leader. My mom uses the word " superwoman" to describe her. Last spring, Brenda spent lots of time and effort to build the most beautiful vegetable gardens for the residents. What a great vision she had! Now you can see that those vegetable gardens not only grew organic veggies but also provide social opportunities for the elderly to make connections, which are so valuable for their mental health. The management staff Brenda and Terrence are awesome. They are always nice and patient to my parents who have lived in Lakeview for a few years. The manager, Brenda even called me a couple of times to make sure my mom is OK after my dad passed away earlier this year. I really appreciate their care and kindness, thank you!

I have a family member who lives in LakeView House Apartment. I am writing to appreciate the quality of service received by my family member and other residents in the apartment building. They work diligently to make sure the apartment building environment is safe and pleasant both inside and outside for the senior residents, even in the pandemic situation. Brenda and Terrence are always kind and patient to help us whenever we have questions. In case of maintenance request, Chad is always on top of it to make sure issue is resolved in a timely fashion. I see Juan cleaning the hallway, doors and windows, leaves etc. all the time and Nyla is always there to help with miscellaneous things. Thank you LakeView House management team!

My husband and I moved from Boston, MA, a couple of years ago. We were very uncomfortable at the beginning because of the brand-new environment. Thanks to the strong support and excellent services provided by Brenda and her team, we are really enjoying living in the apartment now. The management team always provides quick services whenever there is a need from seniors, either pest control or room repairs. As long as the management gets the message, they took immediate actions to resolve the issues. Terrance also creatively uses translator app to answer our questions. The management concerns about their residents’ well-being. I had a few emergency room visits last year. When Brenda knows the information, she always asked me and encouraged me. During the peak time of the Covid- 19 pandemic, the management team still maintained the operation to answer seniors’ needs and requests. The team alerted and educated the residents about the virus by distributing flyers and putting up signs. The team also got external resources to come over to organize seniors to get vaccines shots.
