My
husband
and
I
moved
from
Boston,
MA,
a
couple
of
years
ago.
We
were
very
uncomfortable
at
the
beginning
because
of
the
brand-new
environment.
Thanks
to
the
strong
support
and
excellent
services
provided

Brenda
and
her
team,
we
are
really
enjoying
living
in
the
apartment
now.
The
management
team
always
provides
quick
services
whenever
there
is
a
need
from
seniors,
either
pest
control
or
room
repairs.
As
long
as
the
management
gets
the
message,
they
took
immediate
actions
to
resolve
the
issues.
Terrance
also
creatively
uses
translator
app
to
answer
our
questions.
The
management
concerns
about
their
residents’
well-being.
I
had
a
few
emergency
room
visits
last
year.
When
Brenda
knows
the
information,
she
always
asked
me
and
encouraged
me.
During
the
peak
time
of
the
Covid-
19
pandemic,
the
management
team
still
maintained
the
operation
to
answer
seniors’
needs
and
requests.
The
team
alerted
and
educated
the
residents
about
the
virus
by
distributing
flyers
and
putting
up
signs.
The
team
also
got
external
resources
to
come
over
to
organize
seniors
to
get
vaccines
shots.
We
really
appreciate
Brenda
and
her
team’s
efforts.
