I was out of town with one vehicle and they got me in on a Monday morning at 7:30 am without an appointment and did not have the tires I needed. They found them, got them back to their shop and had me on the road at 9:30 am. Great knowing when I was stuck out of town they were able to get me tires and have me back on the road before I could geta taxi or a rental car. They dropped me off at a rental car place and picked me back up since they had no rental cars available. Great customer experience and great service.

Rainy, awful day!! Pulled off highway in a car I’d borrowed from my 25 YO after seeing indicator for very low tire pressure. The gentlemen at this tire store filled the four tires- in the pouring rain-and graciously sent me on my way without allowing me to pay them anything. Service like this is not normally provided any more. Although my daughter lives downtown, next time she needs tires or if she has other auto needs, she will drive a little out of her way to patronize this business. Kindness goes a long way! Grateful for your help.

This is an awful shop. I had an emergency in which my tire was punctured and I was over an hour away from home without anything to plug my tire or anything. I got there at 4:45. They close at 5:30. Instead of recommending anyone near here, or offering any kind of quick fix, they said it takes them 45 minutes to do a patch. I am trained in automotives. It does not take 45 minute to patch a tire. If I had the tools with me to do it, I would. They had the audacity to ask if I could leave it over night. This level of incompetence and rudeness is beyond me. Is your balancer broken? Is that why it takes 45 minutes? That would be the longest part of that process. Yet they have vehicles from earlier in the day. Maybe go back for some better training and learn some courtesy while you're at it. I saw workers leaving at 5. If you don't want to do your job so you can go home early, then maybe you shouldn't be employed.

Great customer service, shuttle service, great price. Everyone was really sweet, honest and easy to work with. Thank you for making what was becoming a cruddy day, pleasant.

Best price I found, and had the tires I needed. Were able to schedule next day. Dropped off the car at 8am and they called before 1:00, all 4 tires were done. Great job!

Great auto shop, friendly stuff, your car will have a professional service, and the shop will give you a ride to work and back, so you can drop the car for a day. Or you can wait and have a coffee with donut. :)

They opened early enough for me to drop my car off before work, and even had a shuttle van to drive me to work while I waited! They also offered to pick me up and bring me to the shop when my vehicle was ready. Service was quick, and prices were reasonable. All the staff were great.

When use the Groupon to change oil, please be sure to check your tire after service, I had tire problem within a week (hole on the side wall) after oil change. And it was repeated incident on both my car and my wife’s car. So this does not seems to be a natural incident.

What a wonderful place to go the people are helpful and kind. Finally got that leak in my tire fixed now I don't have to worry while I'm driving around with my tire going flat. If you need your tires fixed that's the place to go they've been there forever and they're very reasonable and helpful and it's not a long wait thanks to everyone

Arrived for my scheduled appointment and was warmly greeted by staff. The appointment was to mount and balance tires for my truck. While there, I requested the oil and filter and fuel filter be changed as well. No problem! All services performed and out the door in just under 2 hours. Excellent service and very fair pricing.

My wife had a fast tire leak and Doug, Mike and the service team at this Brooks-Huff Center provided some of the best service we've come across. Fixed the tire on short notice, high quality job and even gave her a lift to our son's local event so she didn't miss it while they repaired the tire. We had an emergency with one of our fleet vehicles and we had it towed to the location in Hunt Valley. After speaking with Eric, they were able to move us up to get us serviced so that we could complete a job that was scheduled for that morning. All while being short staffed. Thank you!
