Lady at the counter was less than pleasant and seemingly annoyed that I was there to actually ship something that I didn't have labels for already. Granted the boxes were heavy, but I thought shipping items was was what FedEx did.... I'll find another location that is willing to simply be professionally polite when I'm spending good money to ship cross country.

Went in for help with printing Birthday invitations. They were extremely helpful (printed and cut the invitations) and very friendly! Great experience!!

This store has been so critical to just my overall shipping flow. I come here all the time when I’m shipping out something that I am selling in particular because they do such a thorough job. They are warm and personable and they make sure that you get exactly what you need, the price for packing is not exorbitant the lines are never long because they usually have two or three people working the customer section at least I’m just thankful that it’s very close and local. I like to stun my eBay customers by shipping it out literally a half an hour to an hour after they purchased it helps my reviews as well.

i didnt get the chance to see their names — (i was in and out so smoothly!) but the customer service here was great (april 22nd around 4pm). it was a man and a woman, & they were extremely attentive. they anticipated my needs and questions before i needed to ask, and were so incredibly nice and pleasant. i left in a good mood knowing such sweet people exist

Went in to make a return. Jason was extremely helpful with that and then I asked about printing fliers that I had previously gone to Staples for. Staples always acted like it was a huge inconvenience and the end product was awful. Jason printed out my fliers in less than five minutes and resized them so they didn’t have a huge border. Great service. Great prices. Great products!!!

I go to this location EVERY. DAY. I work for a company that receives shipments Monday through Friday, every single morning at this location. I've come to know these people very well. Even if I hadn't, I'd tell you of my experiences with them being nothing but cordial and very enjoyable. However, knowing them personally over time, I can tell you they're great people who do a very unusual thing in this world nowadays: take their work seriously. They care about their customers, and they do whatever they can in their power to make every experience the best you can have whenever you're there. I was blessed with this location being my point of contact every morning, I don't know how much I'd even enjoy my job without them there to make me laugh and feel welcome every early morning I walk in. They're great people, and I can promise, they'll take good care of you. Just walk on in.

Great service from Justice today. I realized that I sent the package to the wrong address and when I called her, she was able to help me immediately. She was extremely accommodating and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend she get a raise! Thank you!

Great service! The employees are so nice and helpful. They even hold the door open for you. I needed to print a document on 11x17 paper and they helped me. I know I can always receive excellent service here.

Walked in the door with an oversized package and pre-printed label. Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.
