My
review
is
for
the
lunch
carry-out
only.
Their
coffee
and
butcher
I
cannot
comment
on,
but
the
butcher
case
looks
amazing.
Their
carry-out
lunch
business,
though,
is
terrible.
Our
office
orders
lunch
together
frequently
and
we
do
our
best
to
patronize
a
variety
of
local
establishments.
We
have
gone
to
John
Brown's
several
times,
but
I'm
sure
we
won't
go
back.
The
food,
when
prepared
correctly
is
okay
but
I
have
received
my
burger
way
undercooked,
like
raw.
I've
never
ordered
their
cold
cut,
but
the
ones
in
the
office
that
have
complained
of
it
being
too
greasy.
Their
fries
are
pretty
incredible,
but
not
enough
to
put
up
with
their
horrible
service.
The
woman
that
typically
answers
the
phone
is
rude.
Not
sure
it
is
the
same
woman
every
time,
but
it
sounds
like
it.
They
have
a
very
obvious
attitude
that
they
do
not
care
about
our
business.
One
time,
we
tried
to
order
a
cheeseburger,
with
a
different
cheese
than
what
was
listed
on
the
menu.
They
had
the
cheese
because
it
was
being
used
on
the
special
of
the
day.
They
outright
refused
to
make
it
different
than
what
was
on
the
menu.
Then
today
was
the
final
straw.
I
called
in
at
10:45am
to
place
a
pick-up
order
for
12:45.
I
had
a
meeting
to
go
into
and
this
needed
to
be
taken
care
of
before.
She
refused
to
take
an
order
ahead
of
time
and
said
I
would
have
to
call
back
at
11:30am.
I
asked
her
to
please
take
it
ahead
of
time,
as
I
had
a
meeting
to
go
into
only
to
be
told
no
with
the
explanation
that
she
may
lose
it.
LOSE
IT?
Really?!!
In
spite
of
how
annoyed
I
was
at
that,
I
let
the
host
of
the
meeting
know
that
I
would
have
to
excuse
myself
from
our
meeting
to
place
the
lunch
order.
So
at
11:45
I
went
into
my
office
and
called
again.
When
she
heard
it
was
for
12:45,
she
told
me
to
call
back
at
12:30.
I
said
I
could
not
do
that
and
besides
it
was
a
large
order,
they'd
need
more
than
15
minutes
to
prepare
it.
She
asked
how
large,
I
said
12
sandwiches.
She
then
told
me
that
they
would
only
take
an
order
up
to
10
sandwiches,
anything
more
had
to
be
a
catering
order
and
they
would
need
a
3
day
advance
notice.
Last
straw!
The
fact
that
we
have
done
this
at
least
5
other
times
in
the
last
year
aside,
the
woman
was
unapologetic
and
rude.
When
I
questioned
the
limit
of
10,
she
said
their
fryers
are
small
and
that's
all
they
could
do.
The
fact
that
half
our
sandwiches
were
cold
cuts,
I
guess,
didn't
make
any
difference.
This
place
is
rude
and
considering
there
are
literally
hundreds
of
places
to
eat
in
the
Hunt
Valley
area,
my
recommendation
is
to
go
anywhere
else.
This
place
does
not
deserve
your
patronage.
As
I
type
this
I
am
enjoying
my
cobb
salad
from
Chic
Fila
and
I
am
sure,
had
I
received
the
lunch
I
was
planning
to
order
from
JB,
I
would
not
be
as
satisfied.
