What a great time. Staff couldn't be friendlier and if you're lucky, Ana will be your bartender. Bourbon, best burgers in Baltimore, and some nights - live music.

They have a great new set-up for outside seating that I'm excited about! You can certainly sit inside but for those nervous about COVID restrictions, you'll be all set here with fabulous food and cocktails!

Lovely hidden gem! I came here before a comedy show next door at Magoobys, and was very impressed with the liquor selection. I was able to try the Pappy Van Winkle 12 year from Buffalo Trace Distillery (which I am a huge fan of) and they also carry Rockhill Farms from Buffalo Trace that my husband loves. I will definitely will come back here before I catch the next comedy show & for a regular date night.

Had a great time. My wife and I were at Wits End on September 16, 2022. This was our first time at the bar. We made plans to go to Magooby's Joke House, so we stopped at the saloon for food and drinks before the show. The place has a nice atmosphere. It is clean, with nice decor. The bartender and chef were friendly. They made us feel welcomed. The food was good and there was a nice selection of bourbon/whiskey, along with other drinks. It was a great start to a wonderful evening. If you are ever in the area, be sure to stop by. You won't be disappointed.

I invited a couple of family and friends here for my 50th birthday get together and it was an ABSOLUTE hit! Everyone just keep calling me letting me know how they really enjoyed this place. The selections of bourbon and whiskey can't be touched nowhere! And not to mention the food was AWESOME! The service was also impeccable. Shouts out to the bartender(I didn't get his name), he was the best, a real class-act! I recommend this place to anyone who loves bourbon and whiskey like I do! I will definitely be returning!

I happened to come in when there was a storm and they had not restored power fully- but the bartender was a trooper! He made us drinks and offered menu item(sandwiches) that they could serve. The power outage was short lived, but he made our wait fun. What a great prep to the show next door. Can't wait to go again.

Tiny bar next to the comedy club with open mic nights and a phenomenal whiskey and bourbon selection. I'll be going back just to try some new bourbons.

Great stop for a burger & whiskey, especially on Wednesdays Speakeasy/cocktail bar feeling (smaller drinking spot) with good food served by friendly & knowledgeable bartenders. I would, however, avoid it on Tues/Thurs (open mic night). The host thinks louder equals funnier & calling people out for chatting/laughing/enjoying themselves is funny. I guess you are supposed to be as silent as monks praying. Overall, the tues/thurs experience is bad enough that I can't give this place 5 stars

Justin and Ana are the best in the business. They’re super personable and have impeccable memory. Besides an outstanding staff, the food and drinks are the best in the area. Great for casual dining and drinking. The place has fun events and enticing deals. The aesthetic is the cherry on top. I personally always go for the Honey Bourbon accompanied with either the PB&J burger or the Bleu Burger. Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people that work there!

This place is excellent its a Hometown attitude in a beautiful Bourbon Bar setting. The staff is incredibly friendly, and exceedingly helpful when you want to test different drinks! The food is fantastic, easily some of the best burgers I've had in Baltimore so far. I highly recommend going there to anyone who is even remotely interested!

Held a group event with about 20 people last week. The bartender Justin was terrific!! Good casual neighborhood vibe, best old fashion in Baltimore and good selection of small bites on the menu. Thanks for making this a great event.

This place is great! It reminds me of the nicer friendly bars where I grew up. Excellent Bourbon selection, and the food was really great, Especially the burgers!!! It's a little small so if you show up with a large crowd it might be a bit of a squeeze. It's also next to a comedy club (cannot remember the name of it) so if you're looking g for a show you can easily walk down the hall to The bar! Definitely going to be going back here soon!

This review is long overdue. I actually meant to write it a few months ago. We loved the food at Wit’s End Saloon and our bartender. I think her name was Sid. She was outstanding. Our burgers were the best that we have ever had. My husband got the pbj burger and I got the Hasselhoff burger which at the time was their monthly specialty burger. The burgers are amazing!! Shout out to Chef George. He does an awesome job with the food and he’s very nice. Every visit has been awesome. All of the bartenders and staff members are really nice. You won’t be disappointed with this place!

Went on a Wednesday for half off burger and bourbon. It’s an intimate setting and was packed full with just 1 bartender and he was AMAZING. Blue Burger was delicious and lots of bourbon to choose from. Will definitely be going back.

Once there it was great. Huge huge list of whiskey to choose from, great burger and fries. Definitely would go again on a night when there is entertainment. We treated ourselves to high priced bourbon so our bill was higher then average

Let me start off by saying, Such a hidden gem of a bourbon bar and no lie, top 5 burgers anywhere close. The PBJ burger is a favorite and the wife likes the burgers here too! If you come here for a comedy show next door, get here early as they sometimes only have 1 bartender who also serves. He kills it every time we have been there and its been fantastic service for how many people i have seen packed in there. Come here for the bourbon, eat a burger! My wife and i will ALWAYS come here before a show!

I was at Wits End on Saturday night August 12th. What a great night! The food was great, the drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere relaxed and inviting. However the best part was the service! Sydney, the bartender that night, was top notch! She was friendly, engaging, and keep the drinks coming, handling the crowd effortlessly. Her colleague Sam was friendly, running food back and forth from the kitchen and helping out when needed. A great team! My cousins were visiting from North Carolina and are bourbon people. They were impressed! Our new favorite spot when they are in town. Last note: For those who order food, please be patient. Magooby's, the comedy club next door, and Wits End are owned by the same people and the kitchen staff services both. If the club has a big crowd, your food may take a little longer than you might want. Please be aware of this and be patient.

Come here every time me and my husband see a comedy show. A smaller personal bar with great food and drinks! Surprisingly good hamburgers for a place next to comedy venue. The Smoked Gouda burger is my go to. Really nice bartender and server. Will always come here when we go to Magoobys!

The barter was AWEFULLLLLL! I went out with friends and she was rude to me from the jump! We were there for about 20mins i went up to the bar to find out if someone will come to the table or if we had to order at the bar. She came at me with an attitude saying she doesn't understand my roll here. I said I was a customer. She told me in had to talk to the manager. I was confused. Thankfully other customers stepped in to tell her again I was a customer. So long story short my friends and I felt EXTREMELY disrespected and left! I understand being understaffed but there was no reason for her to treat me that way when I was being polite and asking a simple question. Will never even try to go back currently at hightopps! And omg serve here is great only been here 5mins.

They had some stand-up comedy while I was there and everybody was so nice. Got the PB&J Burger and it was delicious. I would definitely go back and eat again. The bartender Justin was very kind and attentive. Great experience overall.

Came on the late night creep😁 kitchen was closed. The bar tender was amazing. He made different drinks. I'm not a bar person, so I really don't know what to ask for. But I love tequila and something sweet/fruity. I had a great time catching up with an old friend. Taking shots. I'll be back.

Absolutely love this bar! Incredible spot for some intimate drinks. The bartenders are the best, the music is great, drinks are priced right, and the food is exactly what you want out of a bar. With vegan options too! But if you like meat try the chicken bacon ranch pita!
