Very glad they are open again! Just stopped by and the smoothies are better then ever!

This was my second visit to this location. Pleasant service both times and always tasty healthy smoothies. Used to stick to "my usual" now I have been trying different combinations, add ons and flavors. New go to smoothie king location 😋

Always a quick in and out here very friendly staff. The shelves usually have the selection of protein cookies that I am looking for as well as a good selection of Ostrim meat sticks. Usually a good smoothie here. Watch the time of day you come in here is taking a left hand turn back on the York Road can be difficult. Thank you

OMGosh we were in search for The Green Tea smoothie.for yearssss. ( apparently they stopped selling it/discontinue ) I i called spoke with the manager Donnie he directed us to the location in Timonium where we could get them && YESsssss we got our GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE!!!! He also ensured us he will make sure that the other locations that he managed will have it as well . THANK YOU!!! We truly appreciate the effort and dedication. Super excited!!!!

It was a great experience visiting this location, staff was so friendly and store is super clean. I was recommended several options and the Smoothie was blended to perfection.

I used to come here all the time. Like everyday. There is a young girl with long brunette hair that works there. She doesn't blend my smoothie. I can't even drink it. She gets it out of the blender with a spatula. I have chunks of kale and mango. It tastes watered down. Today is my last day coming here. Cold spring and Owings Mills locations will be my go to from now on

Smoothies taste better or did i just miss them? They opened 5/30/22 but do not take American Express and their scanner doesn’t work. But their customer service is amazing !!!!

We arrived at smoothie king at 8:20 on a Monday night, the workers were unprofessional, rude, and rushed us out the door. We got 2 simple smoothies. We were talking for less then a minute when the woman working, ALSO ON FACETIME WITH HER FRIEND, told us they are “closing up” at... 8:30... then we left and the man working proceeded to lock the door as soon as we left. Absolutely DISGUSTED by this smoothie king. Following that we saw a few other costumers that tried to go in but it was still locked meanwhile it was still 8:30... when the door I’m looking at currently as I’m writing this says they don’t close till 9. Furious to say the least

Every time I come to this Smoothie King as opposed to the Towson store I have a complaint. The staff is rude, the smoothies are rarely consistent. Even worse, I watched a staff member short a customer their fill and drank it himself!! I’m tired of being disappointed by this location and will just give my business to the Towson shop that understands the value of customer service and a good product.

Just left this smoothie king. My smoothie is okay, a little runny, however the taste is good. The workers were really unprofessional. The man working didn’t even tell me my smoothie was ready, just sat it on the counter. The woman working is talking about how she’s quitting or whatever. Barely got a greeting when ordering. AirPods in the man’s ears and the woman is telling her friend she has to call her back. Just terrible customer service.

I love the smoothies, but every time I go in there the customer service is lacking. The last time I went in there with my five-year-old the two female employees were talking so much to each other that we hardly got any of tension and the vulgar language they were using was very upsetting especially considering there were customers in the store

A guilt free pleasure. Smoothie King's consistency across locations is greatly appreciated. I can get my favorite smoothie with very little marginal difference on my way to work or around the corner from my home. This particular location quite spacious on the inside though you may have some issues with parking as it sits on a very tight lot. The staff here is always very pleasant and efficient. The owner is quite decent as well. He quickly addressed an issue I had recently, was very polite, and down to earth. I owe most of my skipped breakfasts to this location.

Very very slow here. Ordered 45 min in advanced and still had to wait.

There’s a very handsome man with the most gorgeous eyes and long hair. I dont know his name but he’s phenomenal. He greets everyone when they walk in every single time. He has such a positive and happy spirit about him. When I stop in normally in the mornings I’m normally full of road rage and annoyance from my drive and he just brightens me on up. He also makes my smoothie the best way.
