One of the best parks to visit, and enjoy nature! It has lots of covered picnic area/ tables that makes it a fun place for a work day in nature 💚 Beautiful walking trails around, too.

Super fun visit! We walked the red trail and saw a bunch of turtles along the way! Stopped by the nature center on our way out to refresh and visit the little creatures inside.

Fun, free and fabulous views from hills, bridges over waterfalls and rivers. Huge covered picnic shelter for parties or a rain shower. Nature center indoors is great for the kids. Be advised that the walk from the parking lot is scenic but a bit of a hike. Drop your gear and passengers at the bridge first and then park your car !

Great trails of varying degrees of difficulty, good for walking and biking. lake area, which you can boat or fish (no rental options) dog park area with water access, playground areas, picnic tables, strict rules about when you need to be out but staff circulation 15 minutes prior to closing

Love this place! Whether you just want to sit by the beautiful lake, or do a little hiking, it's a great place to just get away without having to drive too far out of the city, it's still within city limits, and theres a light rail stop right there. And even when its "packed" it's still not like33 SUPER PACKED as to where it's not enjoyable. Absolutely one of my favorite nature spots in Baltimore. I've taken a lot of my friends there and now they're always tryna go, whether it's a beautiful sunny day or cloudy. 10/10 would recommend

A good, calm place for kids and family to have fun walking. Nice playground for kids and a pretty view of the Dam.

Great place for a cost effective way to rent outside pavilion for picnic patry with seating up to 150 people.. Warning large hill would not recomend or quite a hike fir wheelchair or people in walkers. All flat just quite a step hill.

I walked the green line with a group. Learned so many facts about manufacturing that originally took place throughout the park. The reservoir is beautiful.

We love visiting the play ground and the story walk! Great park for kids and dogs (on leash and there's an off leash dog park). The trails are also fine n if you're up for a hike. Park at the light rail stop or ride the train there and stroll the forest boardwalk to the nature center!

Fun place but watch out for Ranger Matt He will take any chance he can to abuse his authority. He accosts park goers and threatens visitors. He has one ounce of power and he will abuse it every chance he gets. A person like this should not be around children whatsoever, let alone in a position of power over them His behavior is more like a thug than a park ranger. Simply unacceptable

I've been going to this Park since the 60s when my Dad would take me for hikes. Have been going regularly ever since. I totally love this place and they've added some fantastic facilities!

Always enjoy a trek in the woods! Beautiful scenery with water, art along the trail and several options to choose from; there's both flat and hills and the main park area has paved walkways.

I'd rate it a five based on how it looked the snowy afternoon we went there, but I suspect that absent snowfall, it's just a standard park. Very pretty. Nice routes. Enjoyed.

Whether you want to go on a hike through the forest and see old train tracks and art displays, take your kid to the playground, take your fur kid to the dog park, or just enjoy nature and look at the lake...There's something here for everyone. I go several times a year and love it.

This is a good place for a walk or just bring the family for a day out. There is a play area for children, a dog play area, a trail, pavilion, small water fall, and a walking or jogging path.
