If you're looking for a quiet, serene get-away without a lot of distractions, then this B&B will do nicely. The grounds were beautiful, the room had character and charm while being clean & comfortable and the morning breakfast was truly fantastic. The Gramercy Mansion was affordable & provided us with a great overnight stay that wasn't hard to get to, yet felt 'distant' from the everyday hustle & bustle that many of us are familiar with. Come to this place with no agenda and you'll find it easy to rejuvenate.

I had my eye on Gramercy as a potential wedding venue, and we ended up booking with them without touring any other locations. It was a breeze from start to finish, with their employees always promptly and helpfully answering any questions we had throughout the process (and we had many). Besides the wonderful staff, the mansion itself is a beautiful and one of a kind venue. We got married there in November, so it perfectly suited the cozy, wintery atmosphere we were going for. Our guests complimented the space (which worked very well for a guest count of just over 100), and we held both our ceremony and reception there without a hitch. Our photos turned out absolutely gorgeous, with such a lovely mansion and grounds as our backdrop, and though my husband and I didn't stay the night in the room (I wish we had!), our parents, who did stay there, enjoyed it immensely. Just as a note - there isn't a getting ready room included if you have a wedding at the mansion, so you either need to find one elsewhere, or book a room for the night (you get access around 1PM), and/or for the night before (if you want to use it in the morning) to do so. Thank you Gramercy for the perfect setting for our dream wedding!

We got married at Gramercy Mansion’s Carriage House in October 2021. We fell in love with its whimsical beauty. All of our guests are still talking about our venue and how perfect it was. Every part of Gramercy’s grounds are stunningly gorgeous and will make you feel as if you’ve been transported to a different world. All of the staff are wonderful and kind. We stayed in the Blue Garden suite the night before and that’s where my bridesmaids and I got ready for the big day. It was spacious enough for 1 bride, 5 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, 2 hairdressers and 1 makeup artist. For our wedding suite, we chose the Cassatt Suite which is perfect if you and your new spouse want to feel like royalty on your wedding night. My husband and I stayed a couple nights after the wedding and enjoyed walking the gardens hand in hand. The grounds are serene and lovely. I cried when we left because being at Gramercy made me feel like I was safe from the outside world and all its stresses. We recently spent our 1st wedding anniversary there, this time in the Tower room which has an incredible bathtub. The service was just as impeccable, and this time we purchased some very affordable art and antiques which they have plenty of for sale! Now I have pieces of Gramercy in my home to give me that happy feeling. If you’re planning a wedding or event, or just want a peaceful and beautiful place to stay with the best breakfast ever, look no further than Gramercy Mansion. And Gramercy? Until we meet again, I’ll just be dreaming of your flowers and banana pancakes…

The Gramercy was an unforgettable and perfect location for our wedding last Fall. We picked the platinum package, which allowed our entire wedding party to stay on site with us, and really made us feel like we'd decamped to our country estate with all our closest friends and family. The staff at Gramercy was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful. We were able to arrive early to store decorations for the wedding on-site, and they made things as easy as possible for us when we had to switch rooms for our mini-honeymoon after the wedding due to a conflicting reservation. Speaking of the mini-honeymoon, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts each morning, and both rooms we stayed in were luxurious and comfortable. The manor is incredible, the people are amazing, and our entire wedding party loved staying in the suites and walking the grounds. We really cannot say enough about this place as either a wedding venue or a B&B.

Before deciding on Gramercy Mansion, we toured nearly 20 wedding venues in Baltimore and surrounding areas. We were very nervous when we finally made a decision to book Gramercy, but this decision turned out to be one of the best ones we have made in our lives. We booked the Platinum Wedding Weekend Package. This allowed us to have full access to the mansion Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. We highly recommend this package as, even though it is more expensive, it allows you to get up to 30 of your closest friends and family together for the entire weekend, not just the wedding itself. Leading up to the weekend, we asked nearly 100 questions via email. Each email was answered quickly and without a sense that we were being obnoxious with our questioning. They were there to help and that was a comforting feeling leading up to our wedding weekend. Upon arrival on Friday afternoon, Gramercy staff immediately came out to help unload our cars and get everything situated before the rest of our guests arrived. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful and really contributed to our magical weekend. They continued to be helpful throughout the weekend, including printing our wedding vows the day of our ceremony! Everything from the mansion staff to the grounds and everything in between was everything we could have hoped for. If you are considering booking Gramercy Mansion for your wedding weekend, you will not be disappointed. It was absolutely incredible!

Tucked in the hillside of gorgeous countryside, this mansion is a showstopper! Generously appointed with fabulous art, the stunning arts and crafts architecture and well groomed, lush landscaping is nothing short of enchanting. It was a perfect spot for a wedding reception and accommodations. Highly recommend visiting.

Location is great if you are looking for nature and quiet. Not so great if you also want variety in activities as the closest other restaurant, etc., is quite a distance. Our daughter held her wedding and reception there and it could not have been more beautiful. Staff were AMAZING - prompting and efficiently accomodating our every request with smiles. They all seemd to truly enjoy their work.

I love to travel to this beautiful mansion. I have stayed here 3 times and loved everyone. The mansion has such character with all of the wood trim, artwork, and furniture. If you go in the spring like I do you will see the well kept landscaping. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast every morning is absolutely delicious! This is an excellent couples retreat. If you have the opportunity to go, please reserve a room!

Gramercy is a fantastic place to get married and provides a welcoming community both before and after the wedding! We stayed here for NYE the year before our wedding and got a good sense of the beautiful rooms and the delicious food. The place is stunning and saved me a ton of stress worrying about decor -- they have this in spades. The staff is super helpful and super responsive to both emails and phone calls. My dad in particular was impressed by the staff. We were posing for pictures in the foyer and the photographer commented that she wished she had a ladder to change the angle of the pictures. In about 10 seconds flat, the Gramercy staff appeared with a ladder! Where was the ladder previously? No idea -- but the team made it appear! They truly went above and beyond and we can't wait to return to celebrate other milestones in the future.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Carriage House at the Gramercy in October 2023. The team at the Gramercy was great both leading up to and during the wedding day. The grounds are amazing in the fall and we and our guests enjoyed our stay in the mansion. The breakfast at the mansion is wonderful! We highly recommend the Gramercy to anyone for their wedding or for a cozy weekend stay.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Gramercy Mansion. The staff was warm and welcoming. Every effort was made to make us feel comfortable. The room (Ambassador Room) was amazingly appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was large and clean (and cold!! brrr) and we mostly had it to ourselves. With only 11 rooms at the Mansion it could never be too crowded anyway! We would definitely stay here at Gramercy Mansion again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited Gramercy Mansion to celebrate our 8th wedding anniversary in July. It was an incredible experience for us. We first got married at Gramercy in July 2015 and decided to return as a special anniversary treat for ourselves. The staff, gardens and overall grounds were truly exceptional. It felt like we were transported to a place of tranquility, relaxation, and amazement. We can't wait to visit again soon!

For our family of 4, our one night stay at the Gramercy Mansion gave us the feeling of having been on a multi day vacation. the grounds are so charming. the room so comfortable. the (included) breakfast so delicious, and the staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. We really enjoyed relaxing at the pool, wandering the garden and using the swing out front. A very charming relaxing atmosphere.

We love Gramercy. We got married here in June 2013 and still think we had the perfect wedding. :) We recently stayed for our 10th anniversary and had a lovely time! They've made new improvements to the gardens, which are absolutely lovely, and the breakfast was amazing! We will be back for our 20th anniversary, if not before!

Where do I begin? This place is magical. From the moment my now husband toured Gramercy mansion I knew it was something special. The grounds alone take your breath away. I got married here on 11/10/23 and keep replaying each moment over and over because it was everything I had hoped for and more. Gramercy's staff went above and beyond with accommodating any of our needs and assisting guests with checking in, rooms, breakfast, etc. A special shoutout to Jenna and Shannon. These two women are phenomenal at what they do. If you’re thinking of having an event here, DO IT! We can't wait to visit on our 1 year anniversary.

My husband and I were married here in April 2022 with a small wedding, and it was perfect! The staff and owner are always so nice and helpful. We recently went back in February, and it's still just as lovely as ever. The whirlpool tubs are everything you need to relax. If you're a TV lover - they have every app imaginable. The gardens are beautiful for taking a stroll ad they are VERY accommodating to food allergies. Always a 10/10. I can't wait to head back.

the mansion was so beautiful, like being inside a princess castle. service was great, the employees there are so friendly and make everyone feel at home. location is perfect, tucked away in the woods off of a beautiful 2 lane road cutting through huge homes and farms. close to 695 and baltimore, a lot to do close by!

My stay was perfect! We booked a room two nights in a row for my sisters evening wedding on a Friday. They allowed the bridesmaids to all be together in the room to prep the night before and we all got ready the morning of. The host at the front desk was so accommodating with our trundle bed, our questions and helping store our decorations. The wedding itself turned out better than we imagined Friday night. The rooms were clean and stocked with what we needed. If we needed more they had no problems supplying. I can’t say enough good things!!

The jerk chicken was so dry and no one in my family liked their dinner. I can't believe this place is $6k for a Sunday wedding and I'm not even sure if that includes food. The location is nice and the venue is pretty but I just don't feel it would be worth it if I were paying. I asked a worker where the bathroom is and she gave me a very nondescript answer, saying it's "down there in the main area" (??). I found it on my own but she could've said it was past the bar.

We've stayed at Gramercy four times now - once just happened to be our wedding, and just got back from our one-year anniversary and babymoon! We were able to stay in the same room, and as usual, it was amazing. The staff, rooms, breakfast, and service are all top-notch, and we truly do feel at home there. It's so close to all of the "action" and yet so tranquil and tucked away. It was the first time I've felt relaxed in months! It was so fun to chat with all of the other couples who were also there celebrating their anniversary and we found our brick on the pathway. :) Thank you to Jenna and Lia especially for being so welcoming and accommodating -- the little things you did to make us feel welcomed and celebrated did not go unnoticed!

We had an amazing stay here for one night in the Magnolia room. We were late arrivals but that was no problem at all; the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything about our room was lovely and short stay was great. It was about a 25-30 minute drive outside Baltimore; the drive didn't feel long after our concert and the beautiful gardens and surrounding area were a nice change of pace from the city. About an 8 minute drive away are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations etc. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to back again soon!

We stayed at the Gramercy Mansion to attend a wedding. The mansion is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are all very kind and hard working. We could not have asked for a better weekend. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. I cannot wait to go back to this magical, beautiful place.

Amazing place to stay. Mansion and grounds are idyllic and staff was super accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything you need was provided (mini fridge with water, iron, hairdryer, small portable fan …).

I would give 10 stars if I could! My husband and I celebrated our marriage at the mansion with a reception in the Atrium. The staff was more than accommodating and present for every question we had. They were supportive and helpful in making decisions which led us to an incredible caterer and DJ. Every single guest was raving about how beautiful the mansion was and how kind the staff was. Hoping to celebrate our anniversary at their B&B every year!

Words can't even express how wonderfully we are treated at The Gramercy!!!! Our room was full of charm. We stayed in the Tower room and the double jacuzzi was so romantic. The staff is always so good to us. They are like family! We are repeat guests to the bed and breakfast, and we always are excited to return. The gardens are beautiful and in the morning you can see hummingbirds from your breakfast table. To anyone who is looking for a great place to stay, THIS IS IT!!!

We especially loved : swimming & reading by the pool- walking the extensive gardens- full home cooked breakfast—romantic bedroom- wandering the house- shopping for antique treasures in the gift shop. We can’t wait to return!

My husband and I stayed for a wedding that was held at Gramercy. Everything was beautiful, clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast included (and much needed after the wedding festivities) was delicious! Highly recommend. We hope to come back soon to explore the grounds a little more and enjoy a lovely little getaway.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. Our room was very comfortable, our breakfast was fabulous and the staff was outstanding. All of that pales in comparison to the building and gardens. We spent hours exploring and we can't wait to go back. I highly recommend!

I love this place! The beds are to die for and always give me the BEST night of sleep. I love having a home cooked breakfast in the morning and the atrium and dining room are beautiful. This is a great little getaway just 20 minutes outside of the city. The tower room was very nice and I loved have the oversized whirlpool tub.

Gramercy hosted our Dec 29, 2021 wedding and it was beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! Every detail was professionally attended and the entire staff was exceptional. The location and beauty of the mansion esp at Christmas is exquisite. Every detail including rooms was perfect. Thank you Gramercy for the most beautiful perfect dream wedding! Highly Recommend having your wedding at this gorgeous mansion. BEAUTIFUL! Tom and Tracy

Wow, I needed a last minute getaway and called Gramercy Mansion the same day. They had the room I wanted and offered a 20% discount for a last minute reservation. It was everything I hoped for and more. Meticulously clean and every detail clearly thought through and implemented. I wasn't able to partake in a kosher breakfast option because I had reserved too late for them to facilitate it, but the staff was kind enough to wrap me up a goody bag of some fruit and juice that I could eat. I look forward to returning!

Gramercy mansion was absolutely lovely! We got the chocolate covered strawberries for our room, a yummy add on. We stayed in the Cassatt Suite, so luxurious - great walk-in shower and separate double whirlpool tub. There was an event going on during our stay from 6-9 pm but in the Cassatt Suite couldn’t really hear. The gardens are great to walk around and just sit and relax. It was too cold for the pool but it looked good. The included breakfast was amazing, eggs Benedict, banana pancakes, fresh fruit with whipped cream, orange juice, and coffee. A lot more choices than I expected. Thanks Gramercy for a little break from stress!

I periodically visit Baltimore. Last spring. I discovered Gramercy Mansion and was delighted with it. I loved the quiet calm, the sound of the birds, the breakfasts, and the friendly cordial staff. I stayed again in the summer and fall and enjoyed myself. It was marvelous. I went back in December looking forward to seeing the house decorated for Christmas. With the cold weather they had their wood and gas fireplaces going and that caused me some breathing irritation and concern. My room, the Magnolia, had electric heat so I was fine there but in the dining room I asked to be seated away from the gas fireplace in fact since I was along in the room, I said I preferred it be turned off. After that a number of small things, petty even, such as not getting the hot beverage I requested and no menu on my door that night for the next morning. Two weeks later when I called to cancel a reservation, that I had previously made for January, I found my breathing concerns being challenged. Small things, petty even? Yes, but it did make my stay less awesome. The bottom line is that this is a private home and they see their guests as guests and not simply paying customers.

My wife and I stayed in the Ambassador room to celebrate our Anniversary. Neither of us had ever experienced such a romantic experience! The room was incredible as was the service and breakfast! We can’t say enough positive comments about our experience!

The food was amazing. If you like quiet and beautiful scenery go here. Rooms aren't really big. It's like stepping in to a different point of time. Makes you feel like you should be running liquor during the prohibition times.

I toured the Gramercy Mansion and Carriage House as a wedding venue option. It was an amazing and refreshing experience. Shannon, who gave us the tour, was excellent and extremely helpful with all of her knowledge and calming demeanor. She really made this experience a wonderful one and I hope to return to Gramercy Mansion soon as we continue planning!

We hosted our son's wedding in Sept 2022 at the Gramercy. I cannot say enough superlatives about the quality of the venue and the service. Most of our guests specifically commented on the beauty of the window-filled mansion atrium where the dinner was held and the incredible gardens where the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were held. Everything was perfect. The outdoor early Sept ceremony took place in the late afternoon, largely in the shade due to the beautiful trees surrounding the ceremony seating area. Perfect. The mansion layout also provides a good size dance floor in a separate room off the main dining space allowing guests who were not dancing, a relatively quiet space for conversation while other guests danced the night away. If you have ever been to a wedding where the dance floor is in the main dinner hall, you know how frustrating it is to not be able to hold a conversation while the music is blaring. All the vendors recommended by the Gramercy were also top notch. We also stayed at the Mansion overnight as did the bride and groom. The guests rooms were large and inviting. The bedrooms rooms were also quiet despite the fact that wedding music was blaring downstairs. The Gramercy was perfect. We would not have changed a single thing.

Phenomenal stay! Was upgraded to a larger room at no additional cost. I got the romance package to surprise my wife on our anniversary. The Innkeeper was excellent in assisting making sure everything was set up with perfect timing. Really wished we were staying longer so that we could explore the grounds more. Breakfast in the morning was also an A+

What a wonderful place!! Each room I saw was just amazing!! The gardens and the ground are wonderful. A perfect place for a wedding and celebration! This would also be a great romantic get away. Even the drive onto the property was beautifil. The staff is so kind and accommodating too! It was a pleasure to stay there and I will definitely go back.

We had a lovely stay here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Very comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was delicious. There was a private event going on while we were there and we had no issues sleeping at night. The grounds are also beautiful to walk around. Great gem in Baltimore County.
