I was told that they stay open until 6:30pm and online it still says 6:30pm.. went there and the lady locked the door while walking up to the door and I wasn’t the only customer coming up to the door. This lady still continued to lock the door at 3:12pm. Thanks I appreciate getting my child out in the rain and coming all the way to this location over the Hyde park one. I had to do that because they’ve been closing the Hyde park location early for a couple months now. I get being short staffed but when you clearly see people walking up and you lock the door that is just rude. I will no longer be a loyal customer to this bakery due to them being closed every time I’ve tried to go to each store and the rude employee locking the door in our faces.

I came in for a pastry and got told “we’re screwed if we don’t get rid of Biden” by the little old lady behind the counter. Personally, I don’t care who you support but don’t assume people want to hear this when they come to get a snack. Do better.

So I just left there at 3:45 pm on a Saturday, I went in to see if they had anything with lemon, after 10 min of standing and walking around I left. The ladies working never said hi, be right with you, nothing. They didn't need my business I suppose. One ladies was helping a gentleman while the other walked back and fourth behind cabinet pretending to be busy. Ill never go back to this location.

The food was great but prices and names of each item were not clearly marked, so I had to wait untill I went up to the register to know how much I was paying. Which can be awkward if you don't have enough. Also I had to ask for the " apple danish looking thing" Bec no labels were present on any item I looked at.

The pastries that they have here are some of the best I have ever had. The staff is very friendly and not pushy like they are trying to just get you to move on so they can get the next customer I have been here a couple of times on my work visits and it has always been a very good experience.

I work in the plaza and the staff here have always been friendly and kind! I love stopping by on Mondays for their donut and coffee special.

Miss alot of the yummy things they used to make...raspberry buttercreams, apricot/peach Danish, black forest cake. Breads are the best tho.

I purchased the Chocolate Dome confection and a piece of the cherry strudel. My husband and I enjoyed both! Tasty, delicious, and the employees were very helpful (and patient while I decided what to get!).

I bought my daughter a birthday cake with white cake and strawberry filling. I was a little shocked at the price because I'm used to buying Kroger cakes. But oh my. This cake was worth every penny. It was the most delicious, most beautiful cake I've ever seen. The decorating on the cake was a piece of artwork. They did a wonderful job!

Very neat place! Reminds me of good times as a youngster. The cake was very delicious! The cake doughnuts were pretty awesome too! The cookies tasted ok but they were a little hard for my liking. Also, we got a variety pack and I could definitely taste the other cookies in each individual cookie. Next time, I'll get two or three different kinds of cookies and pack them separately.

As always, the food and service was amazing today! I really appreciate you “stepping” it up on that pretzel stick :). Thank you for always being wonderful! Andy

Good pastries, but that little old lady behind the counter is very mean with zero patience. I stopped by with my kids for some pastries and pies and she ruined my whole day with her unnecessary nasty attitude.

Baked products are good. The staff however give the impression they really don't want to be there and your presence is just another irritation in their day. Not a great experience.
