I'm not sure when this Arby's opened, but it's obviously new. Everything inside and out is spotless and tidy. The crew is well trained and polite, and the service is fast. I'm not much of a beef eater but I tried their wagyu burger and it was moist and tasty.

New location, super friendly staff, girl behind the counter was friendly and greeted with a smile, the Smokehouse Brisket was delicious and the beed n cheddar good as always. Curly fries fresh and hot!! Will be back a couple more times before my Ohio trip is over!

Appeared slow enough, though still a long wait for food. Plenty of staff, though no one seemed to be paying much attention. No straws, only had to ask three times to get one. Given the wrong fries, I honestly just didn't care enough to say anything since it was already quite obvious they wouldn't care. Sandwich was assembled sloppily and poorly, let alone being hardly warm. Ketchup seemed watered down and tasted odd. Dirty tables, floors and bathrooms. Won't be back, though I'm sure they don't care. Don't waste your time or money.

We used the drive thru. Arby's is pretty inconsistent with food portions. One location serves almost a half pound on Classic Roast Beef and another gives you a Jr Arby portion. Their slogan is "We Have The Meats" should include but it may or may not come on your sandwich 🙄🤔 Anyhow my wife's roast beef gyro was big and she enjoyed it. I got one of the Classic roast beef with kid sized portion. Prices keep going up yet food quality doesn't. That's true for most any fast food place to be fair.😎✌️

This Store is always pleasant, drive up area clean, and the food is made to order. Highly recommend.

I love Arbys, I HATE this location. The food here consistently is horrendously bad, the buns are partially stale, the roast beef you can tell has been sitting out and is old and rubbery. Fries are always cold. It's sad because this location is brand new and the food they are putting out is horrendous. The guys manning the drive-thru window are always awesome but whoever makes the food need retraining BAD.

I get that staffing can be short. But to sit in a line at the drive thru for 45mins trapped because you can't get out and stuck to wait. The young man was nice. And felt super bad for him working at the drive thru and lobby. The DM's need to help out, put a uniform and work.

Typical Arby's. I ordered a roast beef gyro and my husband ordered the 3piece fish meal would have liked to have tarter sauce but they were out. Wished they had told us when we ordered so we could have ordered something else.

Drive thru, if your in a hurry dont order fries, it's best to check about wait time before payment.. was told I have a wait time for fries.. AFTER I paid.. not cool, let ppl know upfront

I’ve never had roast beef as dry as this place produced tonight. I’m not picky, but dinner was an awful experience tonight, other than then the curly fries which were as good as usual. I’m really confused as to how they screwed up the roast beef so royally though
