We had such a great experience at Luxe!! Alyssa was so friendly and helpful during my appointment. She pulled so many great dresses, and I ended up choosing the very first dress I tried on!!! The experience at Luxe was by far the best from any other bridal shop I went to. She made me feel comfortable while putting the dresses on, joked along with my family, and made us feel very welcome. Jenna was also helpful the next day when I had many questions and gave very good advice. I very much recommend!!!!

From the moment I stepped into Luxe Redux, I was greeted with kindness and understanding. Despite a slight delay due to another bride purchasing her wedding dress, I was happy for the previous customer who had found their dream dress. This is an important decision; sometimes, it might take slightly longer than expected. But remember, it's all part of the beautiful and memorable experience of finding your wedding dress. So, if you have to wait, remember it's not intentional; everyone deserves their time finding their dream dress. When it was my turn to start trying on dresses, my stylist, Alyssa, arrived, and I immediately felt at ease. She made the once-in-a-lifetime experience of shopping for my wedding dress even more special by making me feel beautiful and confident. Alyssa understood my style better than I did. The first dress I tried on wasn't the one I chose, but it was beautiful, and I tried it on to get out of my comfort zone. The next dress I tried on differed from what I thought I wanted. Once I put it on, I instantly fell in love with it. It was different from what I had envisioned, but it was undoubtedly THE dress for me. I took the dress off and asked Alyssa privately more about the dress. Alyssa told me the price and that it had just come that week. I immediately knew it was the one. The moment I tried it on again, I was overcome with emotion. Everyone agreed- this dress was me. Alyssa then helped me accessorize with veils and earrings, enhancing my confidence even further. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Alyssa. I am so glad she was my stylist because I couldn't have had a better experience. Going into this, I told my mom that I just wanted to try on a dress and buy a cheaper one online because I didn't think I would find the dress for me. Well, guess what? I FOUND THE DRESS for me!! I can't recommend Alyssa enough. I also recommend having an idea in your mind and being open to anything. After we left, everyone talked about how amazing Alyssa was and how the day was so fun. Everyone said that the dress couldn't have been more perfect. I agree, too. You are in more than good hands if you have Alyssa as your stylist. I can't thank her enough for this wonderful experience. There are SO many great things I loved about Luxe, I don't know where to start! When we first arrived, we were greeted with a smile and they were so kind! My stylist, Fiona, walked me through the process since it was my first ever appointment and pulled a bunch of different dress options for me to try to help narrow what I loved! Both her and Alyssa pulled a dress they thought I'd love and I ended up absolutely loving the dress! I hesitated for a few days because I didn't want to be impulsive but Fiona checked in with me throughout the week and I ultimately decided to come back in for a retry and said YES TO THE DRESS!! Everyone was so kind and patient and supportive through the whole experience and I can't thank them enough for all they did for me! To any and all brides who want a fun experience, a great price on BEAUTIFUL size-inclusive dresses, and stylists that listen and bounce ideas with you - Luxe is the place to be! My experience at Luxe Redux was amazing! I worked with Alyssa and she pulled lovely dresses for me to try on that were within and under my budget, which was very important to me. I loved working with her, and she took time to ask me questions, look at photos, and learn details about my wedding that were all taken into account when looking at dresses! She pulled my perfect dress first, but let me take time to try on and consider other options before settling on that first option. I am so grateful for my experience there, and cannot wait to wear my dress this summer!

I had the best experience at Luxe, the atmosphere, all of the staff, and especially my stylist Jenna were amazing. I told Jenna what I was looking for and she did exactly that. I went to one other bridal boutique, and it didn’t even compare to how great luxe was. I left Luxe to look at other some options, and came right back to snag my dress because nothing was even close! Everyone at luxe made my experience so amazing. Definitely would recommend this place over any! They made it such a personal experience!

I had an amazing day at Luxe Redux Bridal to find my wedding dress. I was super nervous going into it, being my first appointment, but found the one only an hour in! Fiona was incredible and made me feel super comfortable very quickly into the appointment. I didn’t feel rushed at all either. She was so kind and down to earth. I could not have had a better day here. So excited to wear my dress in November!

Georgia was SO sweet and helpful during my appointment with Luxe. She made me feel beautiful and made sure my dress had all my dream aspects. She listened to every little thing I said to her and in the end I found my dream dress. I am so appreciative of her and everything she did. I will be thanking her for years to come! Alyssa was absolutely amazing! Such a fabulous personality and totally understood my vision. Loved trying on various styles and fine tuning to the dress of my dreams. Highly recommend! I did not try on a single dress I didn’t like — but they certainly found one I LOVE!

I bought my dress at Luxe Redux in January and was helped by Morgan. She was so kind, helpful and receptive to my wants for my dress! I shopped by myself, but the staff was great at making my experience special nonetheless. They were not pushy to make a sale or rush my decision, which was greatly appreciated. They even helped me brainstorm how I could approach alterations and provided me a list of preferred vendors. I'm so happy with my decision to purchase from Luxe Redux!

I had an amazing experience at Luxe Redux in Cincinnati. I had a call with one of the associates prior to my visits to go over my styles and preferences to help the appointment go smoothly. When I arrived, my stylist Fiona listened to the desires I wanted in a dress and after 2 dresses, I found the one! I’m really grateful for Fiona’s positive presence and flexibility as I exchanged out different jewelry and veils. I could really tell she was for me, the bride, and not just for a sale.
