I had a wonderful, perfect dinner at the Cheesecake Factory today!!! They have a separate low-calorie menu that was a great benefit to me! I went with the delicious lemon, buttery garlic shrimp with angel hair pasta! There was a great use of herbs that I loved too! RJ was our server and he was such a sweetheart! I also went with a low-calorie cheesecake with strawberries as a dessert! Loved everything! ❤️👏👍😍💯🌟😋🍝🍓🍰🎀🕯️

I must give 5*s because our server. Sheldon, was great! I wanted to give 4* because the hostess, while friendly, didn't seem to care that we arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation- I had called and said we were arriving sooner than expected, and was told to just come in and let them know. Did that and was told it would be about 20 minutes before we got seated, which would have been fine, because of original res at 3:30. 15 minutes later, having gone twice to host stand, a young guy said it would only be 10 minutes more, just waiting for our table to be cleared. So this guy made sure we finally got seated. Thank you for that. Our server, Sheldon, was great, as stated before. Attentive but not overly so. Received refill just before I finished my Coke. Food was great! Hot, fresh, tasty! Expensive- so come prepared!

I have been coming here for years and always have a good time. Perfect spot to get a drink or a quick bite before you do some shopping around the mall. I always park right in front. They have great service staff and are always very attentive. The decor is laughable but in the best way possible. Food here is pretty good! Always love the brown bread. The egg role sampler and spinach dip are two of my favorites. We enjoyed the loaded baked potato tots! I had my usual, the shrimp scampi with a side of the house made ranch. (Trust me) and my boyfriend had the Steak Diane, both were wonderful. I didn’t get a cheesecake today but when I do it’s either the pumpkin or white chocolate raspberry truffle! So good. I just love this place. They also have curbside pickup. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience here for my mom's birthday. We love several of the food items here. This time we got the steak Diane combo, the carbonara and the jambalaya pasta. Everything was fantastic! Our server Trace was helpful and friendly. They also have a great patio for outdoor seating that we enjoy.

Jennellah and I went here on the spur of the moment. It's nothing like The Cheesecake Factory where Penny works! I was impressed with the architecture & layout of this establishment. You feel the elegance. Gaze up & view the surrounding artwork, columns, lines, and sculptures. You immediately feel the grandness. It screamed first class.We were under dressed; nobody seemed too notice. I felt I should have at least taken my mismatched socks off, and just wore the sandals. Really wasn't proper dress required but most people looked like it wasn't the spur of the moment idea for them. There is a takeout counter inside filled with 26 types of cheesecake. Now, take your time. It's a tough decision. We ate inside after being greeted by the reservation desk promptly. My Granddaughter ordered a special lemonade. Me? A White Russian, chicken quesadillas, pumpkin and a red velvet cheesecake (after all it is the season). The food and drink were amazing. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Service was superb with no waiting. The reason I only gave it a 4 star review were the prices. A little outrageous.

The food was delicious. I had the steak Diane and shrimp scampi combination with sweet potato fries and I was not disappointed. Portions are significantly small but with an appetizer, it works. Drinks could be stronger. Service was decent.

I had a surprise birthday party. It was great. Our server Shawn was excellent! The food was very good & big portions. 4 of us ordered the same meal. All of us enjoyed it! It was the chicken with lemon sauce mash potatoes & asparagus. Of course we all ordered the Amazing Cheese Cakes! The Godiva Cheese Cake looked amazing..

Never disappoints! The multiple menus offer options for everybody, I highly recommend this place for big parties of people with variety of tastes. There are new healthier alternatives, to balance off the dessert ;) Besides the cheesecakes, their carrot cake is also amazing.

5 stars all around! Big portions, tasty food, great service, very large menu so anyone can find something good! Although it's the Christmas season (and this is basically in the mall) and they were busy, everything was perfect! ❤️ I didn't get pictures of the food but here's the cheesecakes! (Sometimes the pictures go out of order) the smores and white chocolate raspberry 🤤 worth the money!!

Arrive at 6:30 for a 30 minute wait. Servers were professional and polite. The food took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to be prepared and each dish arrived separately which caused party members to wait while others ate. The skinnylicious Asian chicken salad is pictured in my review. The salad was fresh. The chicken was grilled but cold and the dressing was good but needed a little more flavor. I would not order again because there are many other yummy options.* I would return to this establishment. We liked the QR scan and pay from our table option. *edited to say that this is a recipe preference not a comment about quality. We still took the leftovers home and ate them. 🤣

Stopped by for a lunch and was not disappointed! Bread was good, fried zucchini was delicious, fish and chips were good. Got two cheesecake slices to go because it's the best cheesecake I have ever had. Service was great!

Late dinner on a Sunday night. Great service(had a really nice server) and good food. Ordered the salmon. The dinner portion was out so I was given the lunch portion at the lunch price. Didn't get the cheese cake this time. Was full from dinner.

Me and my friend went there after a long weekend and to start off the host I didn’t get his name but was very friendly! We got sat with kaykay and her service was AMAZING she was very detailed and sold me a creamy tortilla chicken soup that was so delicious . Then she was attentive with refills despite a very busy restaurant it was just a great experience and I will definitely be back !!! Ask for Kay Kay for sure !

Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta!! Where’s the sauce? Pasta is dry and uncooked!! Because it was a to go order I didn’t see it in the restaurant. Look at the picture! This is what I got dry uncooked pasta with no taste.

First time I’ve been to the Kenwood location in a while. It was exactly what you know and expect out of the Cheesecake Factory. Food was good and our server was excellent!

Food is very tasty, Ambience is nice, so many options for Non Vegetarian, Vegetarians. Serving is little bit slow but worth it, doesn’t really get message when you are waiting to be seated, followed up multiple times to get your reservation confirmed and table is assigned, waitress is good on receiving, greeting giving information about the food, will re visit definitely next time.

This was my first time at the cheesecake factory and the food was really good. The apps were good. Our server had a lot of patience with our party which was about 12 people. Will definitely go back and try the burgers. I will say look at the menu before going to the restaurant, it's less stressful. The menu is big and can be overwhelming when looking for something good to eat.

My family and I went here for brunch/lunch for Easter , everything was so delicious from the appetizers to our lunch. The only thing I can say went wrong is they didn't have a couple of things we ordered we was disappointed, but hey it happens. Also our waiter Sean was awesome the whole time made sure we stayed hydrated and kept checking on us periodically. We was so full from everything we didn't even get any cheesecake 😢😂

After two years of the pendemic lock down period of time, I get to return to Kenwood’s Cheesecake Factory for the favourite cheese cake and Thai salad wrap. The taste remains to be the same and great in taste. That explain why most of us on waiting list for 45 mins. Worth the wait for the food.

The food was amazing!! The cheesecake was beyond amazing!! And the staff was great!! A wonderful place to celebrate a birthday!!

Classic experience. The food was good with a wide variety of options. The calorie count of most of the dishes is very high, which i guess would be a problem for some people. Nonetheless the food was good and the portion size was also good.

The food was delicious and waitress was great at her job. Everything tasted perfect. Passion mint fizz was super refreshing!!!

I haven't been here for ages, so I was pleasantly surprised. I had Sheila's Chicken and Avocado Salad which was fresh and delicious. Our server, Andrew, was outstanding, so attentive and friendly with an engaging smile. We ended the meal with a slice of the coconut cream pie cheesecake. They are donating $0.25 to Feeding America for every slice of Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake sold through July 29, 2022!!! It was so delicious!! Try it!!!

So overrated. We met here with family to celebrate a special occasion. Since they refuse to take reservations my daughter waited for a table. She got there at 3:00 and had to wait until 7:45 for a table. It took FOREVER to get the food. After placing orders the waiter came back and said the guest of honor must choose something else because they were out of that. After the main course the same thing happened with the cheesecake. They took forever to bring it out and after ordering they came back and said our choice, the raspberry swirl, was no longer available. I cannot believe my daughter waited almost 5 hours so we could eat at this place. NEVER AGAIN
