We full time live in a 5th wheel RV. We stayed here for about a month, most of March 2022. Ben, the owner, is kind and helpful. While water stands on the sites were turned off to prevent freezing, they still offered a long hose from the main building to fill tanks, as well as two washers and dryers ($2 per load) and 4 family style bathrooms. They were kept fairly clean for a campground, too. Ben cares a lot about his campground and takes great care of the grass and gravel. He communicated throughout our stay with us regarding turning water on/off, too. If we are in the area, we 100% would stay here again.

This is one of my favorite campgrounds. It is in a quiet location and has great facilities. The reason for the three starts is the staffing. The staff is not friendly and often gives attitude or rude remarks. While we were there they accused children (under the age of 10) of breaking into the playground because it had a lock on it. When the kids (without parents present) told the employee it was open she said they were wrong and they had cameras and would check the surveillance. The employee should have spoken with the parents. Other comments by staff were made during check-in and while using the facilities. If the staff's attitude would improve this would be a great place and my review would be higher!

Nice and quiet place but everything costs extra to do. It’s costs extra to play on the inflatables plus you have to pay to use their life jackets. And another big issue is the hours to the beach are horrible 11-6 and it’s a bunch of trashy hillbillies that come to swim also that are not there to camp. There are not any trees for shade either at any of the campsites so your constantly running from the sun and your A/C is constantly running due to no shade. For what it costs a night it’s not worth it and we don’t recommend it nor will we return for another trip

It's 8.00 for they shallow end. $15 for deep end access, w life jacket for 2 hours and 1 go cart pass. The water is super clean. Coolers w no alcohol are allowed. They do have a concession area as well as picnic tables. No shade cover. Bring umbrella!

Best experience overall. Super clean, spacious sites, concrete pads with huge picnic tables and gravel drives. Everyone is super nice and the beach was added fun for the kids.

I wish I could rate the park. We went there over the weekend and it was closed for the rest of the season due to short staffing. I completely understand the problem, but I checked the website prior to leaving the house which was 45 minutes away. There was nothing on their website saying that the Lake was closed. Just put it on your website!

Owner is very nice, staff are super helpful and friendly. Only downsides were some connectivity issues but it seems he's actively working on those and there isn't a lot of trees (yet). They're planted and it will just take time Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Large spacious sites. But no shade. Really need lots of trees, then it would be a 5 star. Great place for traveling workers more than weekend warriors, remote workers, or snowbirds summer place because not much for amenities.

Super nice campground. Clean private bathrooms. Owner is really striving to make this a good family campground with updated facilities.
