Tim hortons is a great place for the food they serve and drinks. I love their redbull drinks and wish they were available in Pittsburgh. They are a tad pricey but well worth it.

So, so much for Timbit Tuesdays. First I ordered two 10 packs. I was picking up for two separate people. Anyway, he charged me full price for both, so I said, what happened to Timbit Tuesday, he had no clue so he tried to fix it, but some girl walked by and said, while walking, it's only on one at a time. Then here's your card and shut the window. Seriously, that's the best you can do. I will no longer go there.

this store has failed multiple dash orders, and when they are reported, they'll take the one item off menu from the person who's reported them, preventing them from ordering it. i have been trying to get my daily fruit smoothie for 3 days now, and their first excuse was no ingredients. i reported this and ever since it has not been on dash's menu, but it remains on their own web app menu. this is a very discriminatory location

Supervisor was rude and nasty when I went in. Order a drink and was throwing cups around and just slid my drink over and walked away and almost went off the counter. Idk what her problem was. This place has been having real bad customer service the past few months.

Food does not taste good it tastes Old and frozen junk the coffee is good if you can get a hot cup and workers are rude and come off lazy like hate job restaurants need to get there workers to respect the customer and if they don't want to work hard and treat customers good get rid of them find new workers

Most of the items are pretty good at this location. Staff is friendly. It is a busier spot in town so wait times can be longer and they run out of things, doesn’t really bother me. However, 4 bucks for a tiny piece of burnt toast with avocado spread is ridiculous, 2nd time it’s happened thought maybe the first was a fluke but def never ordering again and lost them a star. Still overall recommend this location for all things other than avocado toast which is twice the cost it’s worth, glad I didn’t get egg or bacon on it they charge $7 for it then ,which is insane.
