I
transferred
my
care
to
Dr.
Epperly
after
Dr.
Oberg
passed
away.
I
don't
know
if
I
was
just
used
to
the
excellent
care
and
employees
in
Dr.
Obergs
practice,
he
set
the
bar
too
high
I
guess.
While
I
have
no
issue
with
Dr.
Epperly
directly,
I
do
have
an
issue
with
the
practice
staff
when
calling
and
trying
to
coordinate
my
appointments.
I
struggled
with
illness
for
most
of
last
year,
starting
with
Covid.
I
then
had
Bronchitis
numerous
times,
general
illnesses
consistently
and
walking
pneumonia
once
as
well.
I
was
unable
to
make
many
many
appointments
due
to
this.
Mind
you,
I
also
have
a
45
min
drive
each
way
just
to
get
there.
I
asked
to
do
a
phone
appointment
and
was
told
because
I
hadn't
been
in
in
6
months
I
could
not
do
that.
After
MANY
conversations,
they
finally
asked
Dr.
Epperly
and
he
did
allow
it.
But,
to
say
it
caused
me
stress
is
to
make
light
of
it.
When
I
call
the
office,
I
feel
disregarded.
I
don't
feel
heard.
I
have
cancelled
appointments
only
to
receive
a
call
telling
me
I
was
being
charged
a
no-show
fee.
I
left
messages
they
did
not
get
apparently.
On
the
phone
I
am
often
talked
over
and
rushed
to
get
off.
One
time
I
called
to
see
if
my
lab
order
was
sent
to
quest
so
I
could
get
labs
prior
to
making
an
appointment
to
see
the
Dr.
My
discussion
with
the
Dr.
was
mine
alone,
of
course.
What
the
person
on
the
phone
did
was
pull
up
my
file
and,
in
my
opinion,
was
look
at
it
and
dispute
what
I
said
in
a
condescending
way.
Honestly,
just
answer
my
question,
was
a
lab
order
sent
to
Quest?
Why
is
it
I
have
to
follow
up
on
all
of
this
myself
only
to
get
met
with
rudeness
and
condescension.
I
have
been
thinking
about
leaving
this
practice
for
over
a
year
based
on
how
I
was
treating
during
a
very
difficult
time
in
my
life.
Today,
after
what
happened,
I
am
leaving
and
have
requested
my
records.
Dr.
Oberg
set
the
bar
high
and
unfortunately
Forum
Health
has
epically
failed,
in
my
opinion.
Would
not
recommend
anyone
go
there.
