😠 DON'T BE FOOLED!!! Though this apartment has nice spaces/furnishings the management is genuinely so abismal you should avoid living here at all costs. My washer and dryer have been broken since August 29th and it's November 1st. Things in the apartment are cheap and always falling apart. Management... DON'T BE FOOLED!!! Though this apartment has nice spaces/furnishings the management is genuinely so abismal you should avoid living here at all costs. My washer and dryer have been broken since August 29th and it's November 1st. Things in the apartment are cheap and always falling apart. Management closes their office at random times without notifying tenants and often does not pick up calls or sources them to people in different states who know nothing about the property. They can't provide any updates on when maintenance issues will be fixed and currently have not responded to my last 4 emails. I'm pretty convinced they've just given up completely on fixing all the maintenance problems. There are also huge security problems at this property like the front and back doors never being locked and the garage to the private parking never being closed. The property is also very dirty. There is trash juice in the elevator on a daily basis and piles of trash accumulate on every floor. Oh and my car got towed from my own spot that I pay for due to 75 E Armory's negligence. I had to have management on speaker phone while I stood with the towing company so they could flusteredly own up to their blunder and get me my car back. (reference photo 1 <3) There are sooooo many other places to live on campus with better management than this. (Go for JSM management!) Avoid 75 E. Armory and Next Chapter Properties at all costs. Beware!!

I've lived here for 2 years now, and although the location is great, they do not answer maintenance requests in a timely manner. I've never had a problem with them until this year, but I've put in a work order literally over 3 months ago and they still haven't come to fix it. I've called the office 3 times, and each time they nicely say that they'll let the maintenance guy know, but never apologize for the ridiculous amount of time it's been. The last time I called the assistant manager said, "there's no guarantee" that maintenance can get to it by this week after I've waited for 3 months. There's no sense of urgency. Not to mention my washer being broken for months and them not having a solution to that besides me having to take my laundry elsewhere when I am paying for this amenity - this happened to another woman living here too. They do not do a good job of keeping their residents happy here. I can go on. Their management has really gone downhill since a couple of people left this company in the fall. For the price I'm paying to live here, residents deserve better treatment.

Our washer has been broken for two months and our maintenance requests were deleted and not fulfilled. The garage doors are always open, and the company has not done anything about it despite multiple complaints to close it. The entrance doors are always unlocked. This causes many packages and items in cars to be stolen. It’s also a safety risk for all the residents living here. They are very bad at answering calls, and they never answer emails. They try to charge you for unnecessary things and when you call them out on it, they delete the charges. This shows how unethical the charges were to begin with, and it shows how terrible the management is. Communication with the company is very bad and maintenance requests take forever to complete. Do not rent an apartment here, it’s not worth your money.

This is my third year here and it is only because I needed to not be without a home for weeks due to the stupid campus housing logistics. The staff has gotten worse each year. This place is only good if you're willing to sacrifice security among other things to pay for things we don't even benefit from. It is ridiculous that they charge us the same rent as the properties that have a gym that we cannot have access to. The building is not secure at all. The garage has been not working for at least a year. making the building not secure at all which is part of the reason I signed with them. They have issues with squirrels eating wires but this is due to the building not being up to code, and even if there is an exception here, it is a very simple solution to their problem but they aren't willing to put in any money to help us. Due to the lack of security, we had our catalytic converter stolen from the car and they did not seem to care and could not provide us with any help with the police and the fact that they had nothing to say even though it is their fault, we paid a lot to fix the damage done to the car. We have been lucky enough to not have any major issues, but I know that they do not have a good track record of fixing things. The back door has been broken for over a year and they act like we don't know how to use it instead of acknowledging that something is broken. I don't know if a member of the office staff has set foot in the property since they started their jobs. I wish I did not resign here, but it was all that I could afford to have parking and laundry. The staff needs a wake-up call here. Please do not sign if you are looking for places next year, I can't wait to never rent a place on campus again when I leave

This complex and company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Our washer and dryer has been broken for months and they refuse to fix it. All of our appliances are falling apart and no one in the leasing office or on the maintenance team answers our calls. The unit was filthy when we moved in, their were previous resident’s socks stuffed between my closet doors and gym smeared into my carpet. The garage doors have never been down a single time and my car has already been broken into. They refused to release the security footage and told that they were sorry it happened but there’s nothing they could do. The front doors are broken and don’t lock. There is no security or help at all, they’ve told us multiple times to fix our problems ourselves without any financial compensation. Most of the residents here right now are pursuing legal action.

My advice is to never rent from this property company or any of their locations. Early on in my lease I woke up to maggots covering my entire living room from a dead bird stuck on the balcony above me. Eventually maintenance workers came and told me to keep killing the maggots myself. Orkin came but that did not resolve the problem. I killed as many as I could but the maggots later turned into a fly problem. I also payed for a parking space all year. The spaces are typically numbered and sectioned off. My "parking space" was in between two real parking spaces and a pole. My "space" was crossed in yellow lines clearly indicating that people were not supposed to park there. At one point my entire window fell out on top of me when I was sleeping. I know my roommate had a leak in his ceiling that was never taken care of. The walls were so thin that I could hear my neighbors' conversations even when they were talking at a normal volume. Additionally, management was no help at all and was next to impossible to speak with. Finally, most of my maintenance issues were never fixed but the tickets were deleted as though they were. I could go on but this paints a sufficient picture. I do not normally complain and I have never written a review on Google. However, the conditions at 75 Armory are so laughably bad that it makes you wonder if management cares about their tenants at all or are truly incompetent at their jobs. I'm unsure of which is worse.

Please do not live here. Ever since the new management came this place is an utter disappointment. My in unit dryer was broken and not replaced for over 2 MONTHS. The management never gave us any answers or compensation for their lack of responsibility. My toilet flusher was held together with tape and sticks which I had to go out and replace myself. The AC constantly broke as did many of the lights in the kitchen and living room. Their were boogers smeared on the wall of the bathroom when I first moved in it was absolutely disgusting. They emailed our residents 15 times about how they were working on our garage door to be fixed and a year later it’s still inoperable after multiple people had their cars robbed and parts stolen off of them. The electricity bill gets increased to 3x the amount it should be during breaks so they can make money. Absolutely DO NOT live here you’ll regret it

Highly recommend staying here if you look forward to doing your clothes at a laundromat with the homeless. Unresponsive management who doesn't fix anything.
