Dr Savage is exceptional...Knowledgeable and experienced. ER Doctor first and then ventured out to novel therapies. Research based personality, caring! My mother, 4 months ago was given 2 months to live, stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Started max dose Vitamin C therapy with half dose Gem and is in remission. Oncologist is baffled. The only complaint is that they had a personnel change from Memo to some non-personable employee in the back who has zero customer interface capability. Memo was exceptional with people, unfortunately he is not there anymore,(master at serving the patients). Sandra the nurse is wonderful as well, lots of fun and kind. This clinic/Dr Savage, no doubt saved my mom.

Wonderful experience today at Forum Health! This was my first visit and it was exceptional in every way. Lauren was my phlebotomist and ha a very gentle touch. The official beautiful. I will be back for sure. The whole staff is friendly and professional. Thanks for the great experience Forum staff! Second Visit: URAIHES was my phlebotomist on my visit in January. He nailed it and made my whole experience very easy. He has a great personality and He took my mind off of the actual phlebotomy experience, He took the time to apply an alcohol swab around the tape on my arm so it wouldn't hurt when he removed it. I really like him and look forward to seeing him again next month. Thanks Uraihes for making my visit to Forum Health a good one! The lady who checked me on wa also exceptional and very welcoming. I didn't get her name but she is also amazing.

First Class Experience here. Met with Lauren and the other staff. All were super cool and made everything go smoothly. Really nice people. They know what they are doing. The business is incredibly accommodating and helped me out when other blood donation centers wouldn't. So glad ii found them.

Everyone is genuinely nice and knowledgeable on what type of treatment you are having done. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease.

The office is aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere and the very friendly nature of the team members make you feel incredibly welcomed, at ease and well taken care of. The provider attentively listened to my concerns and suggested cost-effective tests that will aid in pinpointing the root cause of my problems. I am grateful for not being immediately prescribed medication to alleviate my symptoms, but rather focusing on understanding what these symptoms may signify. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse the Functional Medicine practice.

The doctor and staff are very pleasant. It is a very nice upscale atmosphere. A comfortable place especially when you have to sit there for 4 or 5 hours getting an IV.

I have been going to Forum Health for almost 2 years, I think they have done a wonderful job of listening and understanding my needs during my premenapause and menapuase time. I love that they use bioidentical hormones and that the team is open to finding the best solution for my specific needs as each person's needs are so unique.
