Place has REALLY gonna down hill. Went last night, wasn’t very busy at all (and we can now see why). Took 10 minutes to even get a waitresses’ attention for drinks. We finally were able to order and food took over 45 minutes. Came out cold and just subpar quality all around. Now I understand times are tough, but waitress was not apologetic whatsoever and when we asked for something (like water for the table she neglected to bring) she acted like we were inconveniencing her. We used to come here a lot, but haven’t been here in several months and will probably never come back. Wish we can give 0 stars that’s what last night’s experience deserved. 👎

My husband and I tried this grill for the first time and the food was awesome. The calamari was yummy and crispy with cocktail and marinara sauce. Husband said the Manhattans were good and strong. I tried the Bloody Mary and loved it as well- semi-spicy as requested. He had a cheese burger and loved the meal, especially the fries. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly with yummy veggies and quinoa. Cool, relaxed atmosphere. The team was attentive but gave us the space we needed to relax as well. We will be back!

OMG. What an outstanding meal. Must try the beer cheese soup. The service was great.

I had a disappointing experience at Tap House Grill. The service was terrible, and the Moscow Mule we ordered was watered down. To make matters worse, we waited for over an hour, and when our food finally arrived, only two out of four plates were served, and they were cold. The manager did take care of the bill, but it was disheartening to see the team struggling due to a shortage of staff, and the manager's lack of involvement was evident. He mentioned discussing the issues with the owner, but I believe he could have done more to support his team and improve the overall experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend dining here.

Easy to get to. A lot of room. A wide variety of beers to try. That was cool. A good menu with a wide variety of food. I had fish and chips and totally enjoyed it. I would try this place who was that for lunch, dinner, for a drink. The service was awesome also a place to go in lemont

Really cool environment! A lot of on tappbeer options. Food was really good. Bartender was helpful with the menu.

We had to wait more than 25 minutes just because we were a party of 5. The service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Just like every where else, it was quite expensive.

Great place. Very clean and the staff very friendly. Great beer selection and looks like the have a great selection of hard liquor. The food was very good. They also have some daily specials.

We drove in from Minnesota for a Rugby tournament and decided to give Tap House Grill a try based on the reviews, and were not disappointed! Our waitress was super nice and attentive and the food came out fairly quickly! My son devoured his Ultimate Burger with tatertots and my Fish-and-Chips was delicious.

Great service, lemonade & 1# BLT it was sooo good I had 1/2 for lunch the next day. Tables & restaurant & restrooms very clean! I would highly recommend & they don’t bat an eye if you don’t drink alcohol. Stephanie is an excellent waitress. We’ll be back!!!

Our bartender was excellent and working incredibly hard so this review is NOT his fault. However, mentioned this night was the busiest night of the week and yet he is completely alone in serving as the bartender, barkback, and kitchen staff. Again, Mike was wonderful, but we didn't want to continue waiting when we had somewhere to be. .

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat and a few drinks. The food was ok. Service definitely could have been a lot better. I'm sitting at the bar and shouldn't have to constantly ask for service. Bartender definitely doesn't know his job. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and try the place 1 more time, but after the 2nd time, I'm done.

My Wife and I had dinner and we had a Great time! Food ,Service(BreeAnn) Great! We were Soooo hungry when the food came, I forgot to take pics before(Sorry), and I know you don't want to see pics of a Empty plates. It Hit the Spot! Definitely Pics next time, I promise. Shrimp Tacos and Prime rib sandwich, and all kinds of Beers 😋

Came here for the first time after trying to get in two other restaurants on a Saturday night. Was very pleasantly surprised. Was not over crowded and the food was exceptionally good. We had the burger and also the pork sliders. $4 Blue Moons didn't hurt either. Server was very friendly and pleasant. We will be back.

Food was really good and cooked well. They were out of the appetizer we mainly went there for, but the food we did have was worth the trip anyway. Good drink selection and a diverse menu.

the beer cheese soup didn't taste good. had a weird aftertaste. pickles were sweet and looked and tasted like cucumbers. French onion burger was really good. service was bad. our waiter was slow and kind of lazy. my burger was wrong the first time. they gave me a completely different burger. not coming here again!

Visited this establishment on Jun 21st, 2023 last night. Has amazing delicious Chicken Tenders unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Vibe there is somewhat average for me. I need to continue to go there to see what Fri or Sat nights look like or what events they have. I’ve met the manager Jeff. He’s very friendly! I’ll come back here from time to time.

Good service, good food. It would be a 5 star review of the duck wings had arrived hot (temperature was like warm) and the dessert flight took a LONG time. The server was super friendly and on top of it. We will definitely try again.

Stopped by the day after Christmas. Jen the server was there alone, but she was quite efficient and friendly. Will definitely return!

Everything was excellent. Our server was great food was hot. But I did think it was a little bit overpriced

Gave this location 3 tries. First time was okay service was not the best but my girlfriend and I wanted to give it another try. The last two it took an hour to get a waiter or waitress and another hour to get our food. Service really needs some work. And the food has gotten worse and worse since our first time. Not to mention as I’m sitting here I’ve been waiting for a check ( just the check) for a half hour and not crowded at all. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. This was the last time. I tried to give it a chance. Good luck.

Located in shopping center -table seating for over 120 in open area with large bar, also space outside when weather is better. Enough large screens to see well whereever your seated. Food and service were both great, good selection of beers on tap along with bottles / cans.

Everything from the cocktails, the food, to the service was superb. Also, we came here with a big party for a birthday, and it was large enough to accommodate us!

Double-decker chicken sandwich was really good and each breast is thick and over-sized. The squeaky cheese curds are really soft and breaded well. Definitely will go back.

I wish I could tell you how the food was. 2 hrs no service. Place wasn’t crowded either

Had to come back and give it a 5 star that it deserves. They have awesome collection of beers and the food tastes so delicious. I have been here a couple of times and was never disappointed by the food. I had the Mahi-Mahi tacos with mango salsa and that was bsolutely amazing!

Great experience on Friday. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely be back soon.
