Beautiful walk, the fig trees are magnificent, couple of massive trees left from the logging of the past, very easy walk, could be wheelchair friendly with some assistance. Walking shoes weren't necessary on the day of our walk, however the paths could be slippery at times. The circuit is only just over 1 km and easily accessible for parents with children, but I would not call it a safe place for kids as such. Stop here, enjoy it and be in awe of the size of those awesome trees. Highly recommended.

Certainly a bucketlist item. A most beautiful place with good access, picnic area and one night only camping. First visited, camped and swam in the river about six decades ago. A place where the water sings. The walk is either a board walk or bitumen forest track. In weather times, as it was today places can get slippery when wet. The signs advise wearing closed in shoes. Why you may ask? The track is easily walked. Yes, it is ...and as another sign shows the stinging plant of the area. The stinging leaves today both old and new covered parts of the walking track. So as with all bush walks take care, know the risks, read and understand the information signs for the area. The water was flowing rapidly down the creek and river sections from the previous rain, so the forest was alive from the refreshing rain. Wonderful morning, terrific memories.

It needs to have the track cleared but i guess thats hard with the stinging tree foliage on the ground. Shoes are a must on this track & encourage children not to kick up the leaves

We walked this track in the rain and it was magical. The photos don't even do it justice. These trees are old and gigantic. Brings a real feeling of connection and perspective. Only took about 15 to 20 minutes.

A great, easy walk through rainforest. Some magnificent figs to be seen. Paths are either boardwalk or bitumen with some slight uphill areas. Great photo opportunity where the boardwalk meets one of the large fig buttress. Educational signage along the walk is interesting. There are amenities across the road at the Little Yabba Creek day area, though they are pit toilets and not for those with weak stomachs. This area can be busy, so arrive early to get parking at the day area.

    Walkway not well maintained

Would have liked more information about the figs themselves.. all the signs just talked about the surrounding area. Nothing to do about the figs. Also the walk only took about 15mins. Estimated time to complete the walk was very excessive... Otherwise, pleasant walk. The fig trees are impressive...

Nice, short, and peaceful walk. The path was quick to walk but it was still great. The fresh air was really great there, nothing like usual.

Very easy walk worthwhile if in the area. Only takes about 10 minutes or so, some amazing massive fig trees to be seen.

Lovely little walk. Perfect for all ages. Doesn't take too long and there are 2 massive fig trees to see. A lot of the path is a wooden board walk but some of it is bitumen which can get a bit uneven and possibly slippery when wet. A pram or stroller should make it around the whole track but I'm not sure a wheelchair would.

A quick walk with awesome flora to see in such a small area. Plenty to learn off the info boards.

A very simple and easy walk in the rainforest to see beautiful sights and nature at it's best. Enjoy the cooler temperatures as the canopy protects you from the hot Australian sun. Just just be careful to tread carefully and use the wire grid mesh as the boardwalks are quite slippery.

The trees were breathtaking! Great easy walk can even take a pram

It's nice enough and definitely leisurely however there is no where near enough parking and it's very short. If you want a real walk in nature, there are definitely far better around the Sunshine Coast.

Pretty amazing. Tree was awe to look at. Just be careful when you take a photo selfie 'inside' the tree hollow. It now smells like a urinal or a great place for people to pee.

Very short walk (1100m) but educational. Keep your hands/skin away from any plants, to avoid the stinging leaves!
