I’ve been looking and following Cullen Jewellery for a long time and once the announcement of the new Brisbane location was announced I knew I had to go, it didn’t disappoint! The address on confirmation makes it super easy to find once in maps, clear signage so you won’t get lost which is handy! As soon as my appointment started I felt incredibly comfy and the girls were super reassuring and helpful in a somewhat stressful time and both Emily and was so kind to show me lots of options, styles and ran through all the costs as I wasn’t fully aware of the differences. Beautiful showroom! I left feeling really excited and a lot less stressed. Appreciate all the help and guidance and can’t wait to get back in touch shortly. Would 1000% recommend.

Emily was so lovely, informative and knowledgeable on the rings in the showroom. She worked with us on the style we liked and showed us a few similar options so we could be sure. She made notes throughout our booking so at the end had all the details needed for when we purchase. An all round wonderful experience! And the show room is so beautifully laid out and welcoming.

My partner and I booked an appointment at the new Brisbane showroom. I had written in the booking notes the kind of diamond cuts and settings that I was wanting to look at. Sevela followed up on the booking notes prior to the appointment to let me know that unfortunately they didn’t have the particular bezel setting but had a few different diamond cuts to show me that I was wanting to look at. Sevela was able to show me the few different cuts that I wanted to try on and went through the several different bezel settings available. She made the appointment super easy and provided great knowledge on the settings and carats of the diamonds and provided a summary email with all the details from our visit. We will definitely be back once they have received the bezel setting in to have a try on!

Sevela, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful! Communication throughout the consultation booking process was so easy, and the consultation itself was so great. When we arrived, Sevela had already pulled a selection of beautiful rings to try, and made us feel really welcome and comfortable to ask as many questions as we needed. Nothing was too difficult! We ended selecting two beautiful wedding bands and walked away feeling so happy with the experience. The showroom itself was beautiful and bright, and all staff were lovely and welcoming.
