    My two teenagers have been training with Josh from Better by Miles for almost a year. Josh is fantastic at engaging the kids, working on their goals and keeping them focused throughout the whole session. Going to the gym to train with Josh is definitely one of the weeks highlights and they never want to miss a session. I have also seen great improvements in their coordination and overall strength which helps them to engage in their chosen sports.

    I started training with Josh from Better by Miles in September 2021. I've always been very active, but suffered from back and knee pain at the time I contacted BbM (previous injuries flared up). I was looking for someone with more than "just" a personal trainer qualification. Josh had recently finished his exercise physiology uni degree and so I gave BbM a go. Initially Josh trained me at my house, and when my work arrangements changed I continued to work out with him at Goodlife Gym in Jindalee. Thanks to my regular workouts my back and knee pain are gone. Josh is professional, personable, knowledgeable and modifies my exercises on the spot if needed. The sessions are fun and you can see & feel the results. I highly recommend Better by Miles.

    I’ve appreciated the personal attention to my exercises. They’re graded for a gentle rate of increase in difficulty. Josh is personable and professional in his interactions and I’m still smiling at the end of my exercise sessions. Thanks Josh.

    After a major shoulder operation I commenced supervised physio with"better by miles".The trainer was extremely careful that the exercise routine was appropriate and not damaging. I am sure that my few months there was instrumental in a very good recovery. I do not hesitate to recommend them absolutely.

    Josh is an amazing young Exercise Physiologist who runs Healthy Aging Group Exercise Classes at Indooroopilly GoodLife Gym. As an 80 yr old I have felt the benefit of these keep fit classes over the past 12 months and thank Josh for his patience & caring attitude to all of us.

    All the guys at BBM are truly awesome and really know their stuff. I started with one-on-one sessions with Sean in 2021 primarily for my dodgy back. I now enjoy going to group sessions with Sean or Adam three times a week. I can really feel the overall improvement throughout my body - strength, mobility, balance and importantly, confidence. It's a fabulous mood booster too and we have a lot of laughs. Thanks guys !!

    Better by miles is fantastic! Lach has been training us for years!. He understands each of our individual limits and even in a pair or small group always divides his attention between us and prioritises our safety while still pushing us to test our strength. Lach is friendly, motivating, approachable and knowledgeable. He always answers questions in a way that we understand and doesn’t mind explaining or demonstrating the exercise multiple times. Sometimes working out feels like a struggle or a chore but training with Lach is something we really look forward to. I continued my gym sessions with Lach throughout my pregnancy and he was so supportive and completely understood my new limitations and tailored the workout accordingly. He is a fantastic trainer and all the guys at BBM are so friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended.

    Adam is my Son's Exercise Physiologist and is supporting my son in giving him the strength needed to not only be able to sit up all day in school but also catch up with his peers and be able to run as well as the other kids. Adam worked really hard on engaging with my son and getting his trust and then working in quality exercise work with the right levels of fun needed to keep it going for an hour every week.

    I train with Lach who works with Liam. He has a degree in Exercise Science so knows his stuff really well and conducts safe and supportive sessions. Lach brings so much more to a session than just the physical. He has a way of turning bad days around so you always feel great when you leave. He always considers your body's needs each session. As a mature client with an aging body, he is respectful and has allowed me to become fitter and stronger. These guys are worth seeing!
