I absolutely love floating but I must say my experience at Kenmore can't be compared to others. The service is not that friendly nor inviting, and even though I am always early I am made to wait after my appointment time. The float pool us always cold and the water was not the cleanest, the walls were dirty. The whole float room is quite neglected. I feel that if I'm paying this amount of money to lay in a pool it should be clean and well maintained. I will prob not return to Kenmore again.

Fantastic experience at City Cave. We had a couples sauna followed by a 1 hour float. Incredible! Staff were amazing. Beautiful setup.

The venue was lovely. You could have been anywhere, it was peaceful with calming music and no interference from the outside. The rooms were great and the massage was awesome. From the sauna to the floating experience it was all outstanding. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you.

Had a 1 hr massage with Jane and it’s one of the best massages Ive had in a long time. Jane got into all the tight muscles releasing them and making my body feel much lighter. Thanks Jane!

This is a beautiful CityCave😍I have 2 others which I frequently go to (1/month or 2/ month), and 2 besides that which I am familiar with (been 3-4 times). This one has its own charm. Maybe it’s that I like the location of the quiet relaxation area, ensconced towards the left as you turn around from reception. Maybe it’s the cute display of tea at the tea bar. I just like it!

Hands down the best place! City Cave in Kenmore has such a beautiful vibe. The layout of this salon flows really well. I recently received a gift voucher from my husband for Christmas for a Float and omg! It was so relaxing! It let me unwind and just be present in the moment. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a busy life style and doesn’t know when to stop with work/ kids/ family etc. This place provides you to have unwind Time. I had the most wonderful experience at City Cave Kenmore. I have never done a float before but I will 100% be going back again! It was so relaxing and I have recommended it to all of my friends. The centre is beautiful and calming from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are also super friendly and genuinely want to help you have the best experience possible.

Great service and there is always plenty of massage appointments available. I’ve seen Karen K a few times now for both remedial and relaxation massages, and she is amazing. She tailors the session to your individual needs and I always walk out of the session feeling great!

Lovely couples sauna / float session. We played a meditation track in the sauna which was super relaxing. The float session was different. I'd recommend having the music played throughout the session. We chose 10 mins at the start and 10 mins at the end.

Did a couples sauna with my mate and it was a lot of fun. The Sauna was plenty spacious, private and we could connect our phone to the speaker which was awesome. Felt so energised and slept like a baby afterwards. Would 100% recommend it.

Love coming for a float at Kenmore City Cave - such a sanctuary from first entry through the door. I love the herbal tea in the lead up to my float...sets a gorgeous tone for the time there. A regular float brings a more maintained relaxation to my nervous system. I will be back. Again. And again. And again.
