Brand new detox water therapy place on sugar rd! We aren’t triathletes so don’t let the recovery word stop you from going. The huge hot spa is the best we’ve ever sat in. 15 minutes being bubbled before jumping into the hot/cold plunge pools was amazing. Those pools are clean, refreshing, fun and challenging. Timed 2 mins in each during a 30 min session makes for a tingly and terrific feeling after. They also have a new infrared sauna and massage systems plus massage services. 4th visit and many more planned, we felt like athletes when we left lol. Super helpful and friendly owners. The TLC staff have been amazing for looking after a young under 14 football team. I definitely recommend this service to anyone, and I am keen for another session in the near future.

Facilities were excellent . The staff were what made my visit exceed expectations . Being my first time going to such a facility I was a little bit hesitant but the warm and very helpful staff member made me feel at ease with the whole process . Affordable and definitely beneficial. My partner and I visited TLC whilst on holidays here on the Sunshine Coast. We were greeted by Jess with a warm welcoming smile which made us feel instantly comfortable. We started off with the leg compression for 30mins in big recliner chairs & the option of watching Netflix or YouTube. We then proceeded over to the hot and cold pools where we met some members of TLC community which were super inviting to us & helpful with some of their tips and tricks 😊 We highly recommend this place if your visiting Sunshine Coast, perfect for muscle recovery & relaxation. My friend and I went for some self care and to reap the health benefits so we tried out a 30 min infrared sauna session and the hot and cold plunge pool session. This was our first ever visit we were warmly welcomed by Jessica who made us fell comfortable she cleaned our sauna ready for us to use gave us all the info we needed and we had a great time. We spoke to some of the regulars who were friendly. It was clean and well presented. We will go back for more pampering for sure.

My absolute favourite place when I need to rejuvenate! The spa is the best ever and I have been a dedicated spa indulger for years now!!! Hot and cold plunges have me renewed and invigorated every time and this is just the wet therapy. Trust that you will be welcomed and supported fully by the team at TLC. See you in the pools!!!

Been plenty of times with my son, only to come one day and find out out that kids aren’t allowed? Wasn’t allowed to use the facilities after a weak discussion from the receptionist

Had such a great experience here today. Great vibe, nice clean facilities, lovely staff, and the pools are a great size so i felt I got heaps of space to myself. Very reasonable pricing too, under $50 for an hour and a half was amazing.
