I had a great experience at this place. I went in feeling a bit tired and just ordered my usual weird veggie sub, and the enthusiastic sandwich maker Chetan suggested I try his own creation. I was wary at first, but his description and smile convinced me. Sweet, spicy, tangy, fresh, toasted, cheesy - it's got the lot. So I got a great sandwich and some cheery conversation, and I plan to return to get an autograph for when Chetan is sandwich-famous worldwide. I strongly encourage trying it!

Always fresh ingredients and tasty bread rolls. I was well looked after by a new staff member being trained. She did a great job, one of the best Vege delights I've had from the Kedron store. Kudos to the girl training her too; really supportive. Great to see. Hard to beat the value too. Foot long Vege delight with toasted cheese, 2* cookies with a flavoured milk for less than $15. Above was an older visit...(updated 2023-05-28) still amazing service by a really organised woman. 5 in store Inc me and she had my order for 2 rolls finished under 3 mins including toasting cheese as well as working on the next order while mine toasted...all while smiling. Awesome 👍

My son loves his Subway. Always good from here. We order on the app, walk in and out, too easy. Thanks Subways ladies! Keep up the good work.

What a disgrace! Owners trying to cut costs by adding minimal meats on subs. Ordered a six inch & foot long ham, and got 2 pieces of ham on both subs. When I pointed this out to the lady, she wanted to charge me for double meats on the foot long. They had also run out of bread by midday.

I would give minus rating if there was any in google but 1 is more than enough for the service. I went there on 4th of May on Wednesday at around 1:30 PM and there was one lady with glasses on who was very rudely asking for our choice like she is paying the money for us to have the food. It was not busy at all And they were trying to push us very hard for our choices and i was the only customer in the shop with my wife. Very unprofessional 👎🏻

Good luck getting a meatball sub at this place. Every time we go they've run out. They are painfully slow, despite almost no-one in the shop and what irks me the most is they put on the least generous portions of salad. You constantly have to ask for more, like Oliver Twist, and it seems like it's some sort of impost on them. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Horribly rude staff. Toasted sub wasn't even toasted and the chicken still half frozen. For about the 3rd time in a row.

The Indian girls working there are the rudest employees I have ever come across.

Barely any vegetables on the sub for what I had asked for. The cut was average and they wrapped the paper really sloppy. Worst sub I've ever had from any subway restaurant.

Food was fine, the service and atmosphere to be desired, seemed to want to just give me what they think. When asked for salad instead of sub, it seems for work. The lost art of listening to a person's order seems to have been way laid.. I don't think I would return.

Mediocore subway, ignored instructions, rude service. I mean come on i was pleasant and nice no smile or anything. I understand but this is not customer service.

Worst subway I’ve ever eaten in my life. Special instructions was for it to be toasted twice and for EXTRA smokey bbq sauce. Got home to realise there was a small squirt of smokey bbq sauce, soggy sandwich abd sweet onion sauce instead of the additional habanero sauce I chose!? Employee I phoned to voice my concerns was rude and didn’t care in the slightest. I will never return to this franchise in particular. What a disgusting place.
