Went here for my yearly check up and purchase of new glasses. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Wide selection of frames from quality brands available to choose from. It is essential to book and weekends are not too busy. I had to ask for a further adjustment afterwards and the person who was on duty was again very helpful.

Great service. I went to do a bulk billed eye checkup, and I had a few questions regarding the condition of my eyes. The optometrist Paul patiently addressed all my concerns with detailed explanation which gave me actual understanding of things, instead of just saying "all is fine" like I had it in some other places. Highly recommend.

I previously went to get my eyes tested & went back to get frames. A huge shout out to Mikhaila - she was a huge help who actually explained my script (no one has ever done this and I’ve been wearing glasses for about 15 years) & she went above and beyond to help me. Her customer experience is on point.

The team at Lutwyche Specsavers were polite and professional during my most recent checkup. I was pleasantly surprised (after finding out I did not need glasses) that the staff took my request for plain, clear lenses in my choice of frame seriously, even though it was purely for an aesthetic purpose. The optometrist and the three different counter staff who served me on my 3 visits to the Lutwyche store were all extremely patient, knowledgeable, helpful and really cared about me. I've always had a good experience at Specsaver Chermside. They seem to have their process down pat, even when flat out around Xmas. However, went to Lutwyche store this year as it's closer to home and not the chaos of Chermside shopping centre. Special thanks to Jaymee. She went to so much trouble to pick out all the glasses frames that would suit my "weird unsuitable head for glasses". She had them ready for me once tests finished. She was lovely.

Ankit, The optometrist at Lutwyche Specsavers, is amazingly courteous, leads by example and so also the girls.
