Dined in with my friend. Great vibe, we enjoyed our meals. Service was excellent. Would definitely return.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful and just what you want on date night. The staff are well presented, attentive and very accommodating. The food however is sub par. We very much enjoyed the pizza and garlic bread the trio of dips was good, pesto tasted a little off though. The pastas however we’re over cooked and my pasta (I believe was the beef Raghu but not 100%) was very bland and had little to no sauce & taste. Partner said carbonara was ok. Will say meat balls were delicious though. Overall we would recommend this place for the dinning experience and that alone. I would definitely not take anyone who is Italian/ knows Italian cuisine as they will be let down. I wish the food was amazing as this could easily be our new date night restaurant if it was.

We ordered a couple of pepperoni/ salami pizzas, which were pretty good. Unfortunately, the spaghetti bolognese dish was quite average, with very little meat and sauce (the dish was dry and a bit tasteless). The service, drinks and atmosphere were fine!

The speed, service and atmosphere was all pretty good. It’s the food that has let them down in this instance. We ordered the Trio of Dips - pesto was dreadful and had an unnatural vinegary taste. The Margherita pizza was good. The Carbonara was just ok - but the staff were good to swap out ingredients. The Beef Cheek Ragu was just dry. There was no sauce. All of them I felt were under seasoned. It wasn’t a bad experience - just not good Italian food.

Great atmosphere, friendly service. Water was warm on a hot day until requested to be served chilled and the pizza was below par As pictured the bbq chicken pizza, chicken was beyond recognition as is was shredded so thin and cooked possibly too much or a combination of both? it tasted terrible. Did give our server some feedback.

All of the food was delicious. We ordered beef ragu, lasagne and garlic bread. Staff were friendly. We ordered our meals through QR code on our phones. Very busy with people dining in and picking up food.

Group dinner - warning on the app did say 30 minutes wait for food. That’s fine. If the food was worth it. The pasta was not cooked properly. It was stuck together. This was for both adult meals (fettuccini and fusilli) and kids pasta (spaghetti). Carbonara was not nice - dry. The Amatriciana was bland and basically inedible with gluggy pasta with sauce only covering half the pasta. We have been to many other Vapiano restaurants and the standard has never been this low. Suggest they retrain staff on how to cook pasta correctly, since this is a Pizza and Pasta place 🙄

Overall experience was good, very nice vibe, service is top class, i ll give food a 4 stars not a very big menu. Plus the pizza was not properly cooked, no complaints depending on how busy they are. Overall keep it up. Doing great. Drinks are 5 star.

Consistently delicious food, lovely/happy staff within a beautiful atmosphere - one of my favs, plus Kendra makes the BEST pina coladas (yum!)

We dined in tonight and was immediately greeted with excellent service by Mahina. She was beyond polite and welcoming, checking up when necessary but not overbearing. My highest compliments go out to her and how genuinely kind she was. The team should be lucky to have her! Would definitely come again to receive her service. 10/10
