Newstead smiles is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. The team there is so gentle, kind, and patient. They made sure that I was okay with every procedure done to me and with every concerns that I had. They were also very upfront about the costs and treatment. An absolute safe space. They made my dental journey so comfortable.

I have consistently had a wonderful experience with the Newstead Smiles team. As someone who is not comfortable in a dentists chair I have found their approach to be very supportive and they have gone above and beyond in making sure I am as comfortable as possible. The quality of their treatment is also superb and I always feel confident I am in expert hands. Highly recommend them.

He was very welcoming, listened to me and provided constructive feedback on the overall look I was trying to accomplish. Highly recommend Newstead Smiles. I have had unbelievably amazing results with Zoom whitening. Very easy procedure, and hardly any discomfort. Dr Emad and his team explained the process and made the entire experience comfortable, and as mentioned, the results are fantastic!

The teeth whitening procedure itself was conducted with precision and care. I was in the best of hands with Dr Dawn Ng and Nena. I also had first choice of Netflix programming during the procedure. The results were nothing short of spectacular – my teeth were noticeably brighter and whiter. Now my smile really does sparkle! The easy parking facilities made my visit stress-free, and the central location added an extra layer of accessibility. This is a noteworthy advantage, especially for those with busy schedules looking for a hassle-free dental experience. My daughter was very nervous to have fillings as it was the first time, she was quickly at ease with stress balls to calm her nerves. The dentist was very gentle. All round very happy with service.

From when I walked in the door the level of profesionalism showed, receptionists highly knowlogeible. The Nurse was the same and very friendly as well.
