Wow is all I can say from the phone call to reception to gain an appointment.. absolutely oustanding service. Then attending this practice it was so clean crisp and inviting. Nothing was a issue and then meeting dr Angela who was the most professional and personable dentist I have ever met. She told me cost at start and then update all way through and also refused payment to do part of treatment as it was basic.tjey allowed my children to come in with me and kept them up to date what was going in as well. I have never had that done. I really can't recommend this practice enough.

The service I received from Dr Deepak was exceptional he went absolutely above and beyond to ensure the crowns in my front teeth were perfect. As a person who suffers from extreme dentistry phobia, and has avoided check ups for too long, I learned the hard way. I ended up needing a crown and extraction on the same day. Today, our 14yr old son needed to be seen quickly due to a broken and infected tooth causing alot of pain. Beautiful Vicki took my call and was able to book an appointment for an hour later. Our son was treated by Dr. Deepak who was amazing keeping our son calm and letting him know what was happening. We also had gorgeous Sarah assisting with the treatment! Nothing but the best to say about this place. Formerly a client of the place next door, but I much prefer the staff and service here. Dr Deepak is so friendly, knowledgeable and lives up to the Gentle Dentist name. I’m always worried dentists may push you into unnecessary work, but I’ve never had that feeling here, in fact quite the opposite. I highly recommend.

I was very stressed as I am not keen on dentist appointments. My mind was at ease soon after arriving as all staff were amazing. The dentist was gentle, calm and looked after me like I did not expect.

Words can’t describe how blessed I am to have been looked after so well, not only once by this incredible clinic but twice! From start to finish they were extremely professional and caring. The amazing receptionist (vicky) has made sure that I got the care I needed as soon as possible and was one of the people who made me feel safe and ensured me that no matter what issue there was; I was in good hands and that everything was gonna be okay. I had two wisdom teeth removed and as someone who is quite uncomfortable and scared of getting teeth removed, Dr Deepak Parwani did his job flawlessly. I felt minimal to no pain during the whole process of getting the teeth removed and the procedure was so quick. He made me feel heard and treated me with respect. This is the second time Dr Deepak Parwani has given me the care I needed. I walked out of that clinic relieved and grateful for the top quality care I received.
