We just had the best experience in this store. Caitlin was initially on her own serving multiple customers at once but she was just delightful making sure everyone felt attended to and valued. In Myer today an employee named Kenny was empathetic of my situation and provided me with stellar service. I needed a new fit for a work Xmas party, 2 hours before it started, and with nothing but a blurry photo of a yd model he was more than willing to run around on my behalf to get me sharp for my event. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, very grateful for the service I received. I would happily go back again. Thanks Kenny, you legend!

At Carindale. The staff member that assisted me was straight to the point and a great help in getting exactly what I needed.
