Went in yesterday and Judy helped me buy a new pair of leather shoes to take to New Zealand - I have the most painful feet and for me shoes need to be comfy as slippers. I bought a pair and literally wore them all afternoon, and again today ALL DAY - no pain or discomfort at all! - So happy - I think I have found my new shoe shop <3

Gorgeous store and service second to none from Lili. I only wear F4 shoes now. No sore feet, no corns and comfortable standing and walking all day. Looking forward to all the compliments I’ll be receiving on my new shoes over the next few weeks!

Very disappointing customer service. I'm not sure if it's just me but it seemed that the sales assistant was more interested in anything other than servicing me. Even at point of sale she had a discussion with her fellow staff member about something unrelated while I was waiting just trying to pay for my shoes. I'm hoping that perhaps it was just something about me and they don't treat everyone this way

I wanted to replace a pair of much-loved (and well-worn) shoes by Frankie that I'd bought some years ago. I couldn't find it on the website in the colour I wanted, and Maddie on the chat searched the system and found some in stock at the Indooroopilly store. I ordered them by phone from the equally helpful Beth, and now they're on their way to me. I'm really pleased with the service offered by Frankie4, as well as their awesome shoes.

Shopping a new brand online can make me hesitant but the service I received from the team at Frankie4 was outstanding. They responded incredibly quickly and were super helpful.

I haven't personally got any of their shoes, but my mum has enough for the both of us. They are the only shoes she can wear pain free for long periods. Over the years she has added to her collection, so now has everything from saddles to boots and all in between.. such great quality and the customer service has been good always for me buying vouchers or needing assistance online with a query. I no mum has needed to exchange and things and gone to there camberwell store and had a nice experience always. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I made an error when placing my order at night. The next morning I went on line and chatted. The error was corrected immediately. Maddie was very helpful and understood my problem. I love my Frankies. I won’t wear anything else. The return process is excellent so I confident in buying online.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online during the Black Friday sale and 1 of my shoes had not arrived for some time. I emailed them after 1 month as I know it is a busy period and they informed me that there was an inventory mistake and the shoe had sold out in the size I was after. They were extremely apologetic about this matter and replied to my email within 24 hours and gave me 3 options to choose from. The option I chose was an alternate sneaker-style replacement at no extra cost. There was a mistake that occurred, but the reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the quality of the customer service they provided as mistakes can and do occur. As always the shoes are always comfy! I was in contact with Issy via email and Rebecca V on the live chat function, who were both extremely helpful.
