Hickey Park is located at Babarra St,Stafford QLD 4053. Home to the mighty Wilston Grange Gorilla's, this picturesque part of Stafford offers a unique place to watch great suburban AFL. Wilston Grange Gorilla's has one of the best junior/senior programs in the local Queensland Australian Football League. The football ground & lighting,plus the clubhouse facilities, have had major upgrades over many years. Hickey Park has Kedron Brook running past the playing field, where there is a fantastic bike way, which is maintained by the BCC. This park area is a playground area for children & is pet friendly. Parking within the confined area of Hickey Park is limited. There are some street parking spaces available, & BCC bus transport runs directly past Babarra St, along Webster Rd. So, if you are looking at visiting this magnificent area of the Northern suburbs to enjoy a local game of AFL or take in the wonderful green space, you will not be disappointed.

I rode through this park on my bike, the area is just lovely, the water stretches surrounding including bubbling brooks at the moment are just lovely

Located on the Kedron Brook shared pathway. This extensive path is a great place for walking or riding.

Little Ashton Cafe has such good food we keep going back each week

Good suburban oval for our Aflw Lions footy games. Had a great time watching Lions play Adelaide crows. Well catered for the crowd, great atmosphere but unfortunately Crows too good this time.

Oval in great condition. Club house and amenities good. Awesome hot showers and plenty of them for after match.

Met up at Wilston Grange AFC with some old footballers around my age. Great afternoon .
