Service doesn't exist at this place. The person who served me took five minutes to notice I was there waiting to be served. When I eventually got her attention I asked her to serve me and she wandered over, she then overcharged me, spent ten minutes attempting to rectify the over charging, forgot what I ordered, then attempted to actually serve someone else before making my ice cream! I will never go back. After all that the ice cream wasn't even good anyway!

Ordered 2 waffle bowls sundaes with the chocolate and sprinkles. Which you pay extra for. Which they couldn't do. They couldn't work out how to do it. After 30 mins waiting we got just the plain waffle bowl sundaes. The service was really bad. And we weren't refunded the extra we had paid for either.

Awful service. I waited at the counter for 20 MINUTES and no one came. I even rang their phone to hopefully get some attention, didn’t work. This has happened to me numerous times. Absolutely infuriating when you have little children too.

Ice cream is nice I wont deny that. But my god the service is awful! Had to wait about 5min to get served although the worker saw us standing there. She was so rude, no smile, no conversation. She messed up my order and didnt apologise, even after I paid there was no thank you. Looks like others that have left reviews have the same experience. No wonder they struggle to even get 2 and a half stars

The costumer service was wonderful. There was a young lady who was so nice and has no problems and amazing ice cream

Ignore one star ⭐️ reviews, ice cream really good here. If young staff members are serving so have some patience.👍👍✌️✌️

Customer service is awful. The woman walked away after serving the person before us even though she saw us. Tried to charge us for two scoops instead of one. Weighed the ice cream and scooped out the excess from our cups. Would not recommend

Couldn’t be more disappointed with the service here, and $4 for a half scoop of ice cream….
