    Rude, irritable staff member at front desk. Turns out I had unknowingly arrived within 15 minutes of the 10am closing time (this was a Saturday). Could have simply informed me there was another QML a short drive away open 1 hour longer than them (I googled this for myself when I left) instead of sighing at me and being rude. Near closing time the nurse came out and looked shocked to see so many people waiting and announced a little flustered/rudely that she couldn't see whoever came in last (me), so I said no problem I'll go to another location. VERY relieved as that was the same nurse I'd been to at another QML nearby who was rough taking my bloods and made several mistakes with the labelling of the vials, misspelling my name twice, seemed unsure of what she was doing, unnecessarily explained in detail about the mistakes and why they happened - and annoyingly also missed one test so had to call me to return. These staff should NOT be in health care.

    I had a elderly gentlemen he was so rude as soon as walked in. Didn't look like he want to be there at all. I'm surely not the only one based on the reviews. Usually staff here are incredible friendly and professional. He got one of the other staff to come in which was quite unprofessional without telling the patient. Just left walked out I thought he was just asking her a question. I mean I'm not complaining he got someone else because it made the world of the difference loveliest lady that's why getting two stars instead of 1.

    One of the better pathology places in the area, even though it has a low score. Outside of the busier times, wait times are pretty good. Some of the others in the area are terrible in comparison to this centre

    I have recently attended the clinic a number of times and each time I have experienced friendly/helpful staff. Today I saw Lisa and Robyn for a blood test and was in and out in a flash - no wait time. There is plenty of parking, the clinic is open early and on weekends which was really helpful when I needed covid testing without a referral.

    The QML at Wallace St Chermside is a disgrace and absolutely disrespectful to patients. This is the third time I have had to wait more than an hour to have my procedure and this one was at a time that is not too busy. I had to leave because I had transport coming at a time that should have given me enough time and more to be seen. I feel that I will be forced to use another Pathology Group in the future.
