Crazy long waiting time. Tables are not even cleaned after people have left for 30m. Staff doesn’t even understand what’s on the menu. So disappointed with the service. Asked for water, there was no cup. We bought churros and fruits, there was no fork. No napkins.

Best part - Freshly made churros and variety of yummy 🤤 dips. Amazing experience today at San Churro. Super friendly staff at Toowong Tower; convenient and quick ordering process. Late morning coffee couldn’t be better, Loved it 🥰

This is the best place to taste churros in Brisbane and they have various dip for that and apart from churros they also have chocolate cupcakes etc. the ambience is super cool. I didn’t took much pictures but I recommend you guys must visit there

The ladies were lovely and quick to help. My only point of feedback is more of constructive criticism. My banana craffole had way too much chocolate sauce on it which made it difficult to enjoy and finish my meal. In future, I would recommend a light to medium level of chocolate over the croffole. Thank you all for your hard work.

As foreign in Australia, the first time I ate churros in San Churros, I literally melted! The right crispness and the warm chocolate... I definitely comeback Just I recommend more attention for customer and service.

We have been coming to San Churro Toowong every day for over 4 years and have never been let down. Sometimes they are so busy and short staffed and a short wait is to be expected. All the staff are lovely and try hard to please, going to extra trouble to make our coffee just the way we like it 😁. Below is smiling Jazmyn’s special coffee for me. Who’s complaining? Not me! Absolutely ridiculous! Waited an hour for 3 churros. They kept prioritising Uber eats orders over people waiting in the cafe. People next to us waited 40 mins for 2 drinks. Never coming here again! I feel sick to my stomach and would like a refund. Staff were also very rude.

ordered 2 san churo cake and popping pearl smoothie. first of all only received one slice of cake i ordered two. delivery driver handed two me with a broken seal. maybe he took one . he said report it to you guys but no one can answer my call. no popping pearls on my smoothie. what kind of service is this. the same thing in san churro southbank

Millie & Ashton gave us a great friendly welcome and continued to provide energetic customer service throughout our visit. The food was well prepared and they made sure we had all we needed, right down to the chocolate on the side of the drinks. We’ll be back!
