Newly refurbished. High turnover of staff means you're always dealing with untrained people. Staff don't seem to consider that a sandwich is designed to be eaten so that each mouthful should be a blend of ingredients, rather than say a mass of only onion.. Train your staff properly, otherwise there's another subway a few blocks away.

Wow, I bought this 12 inch Teriyaki Chicken, I was suppose to get, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cheese, Onion, Olives, Pickles and Cucumber, However I got Jalapeños and about 5 Pickles no Olives, 3 pieces of Tomato, and 5 Spinach Leaves and a lot of sauce... Worst Subway Sandwich EVER... Not HAPPY

I am disappointed by the store cleanliness and portions; I don't think it is worth my money. staff are not following the right salad portion on subway. I literally got 2 small pieces, which is not covering my entire subway from end to end, this is not the first time this happen to me. Not happy

I suggest getting the 6-inch BLT for a quick lunch, a very reasonable price. It's a bit packed at lunchtime, I waited for 10-15 minutes.

Ordered a Tuna and Mayo with cheese and other fillings, got back opened up and found, hadn't even cut, no cheese no sauce no filling other than tuna mayo and lettuce and a couple of jalapeno.... if your staff is on training at least supervise them so that your customers can get what they're ordering and paying for....

I visited your store this morning at about 9.30am and was waiting patiently for about 10 minutes while the 1 girl was assisting others with their food. As she was wrapping up their order, she turns to me and said "Sorry but we won't have any bread available for about another 20 minutes". I walked out. My complaint is 1, the branch is open so why isn't there any bread available and 2, why was my 10 minutes wasted when this could have been said as I entered the premises. Being that my wife and I are on holiday here from another state with our 3 kids who are screaming at me for Subway brekkie, this inconvenience could have been avoided at the initial greeting when I entered and also having better preparation for the days trade ahead.

Staff were quick with making the orders, unfortunately this meant that they did not listen to my request on how I wanted it made. Ended up sloppy with ingredients not equally spread out. I paid and left as they seemed too busy to want to see my disappointment. Ingredients were fresh, but the "artist" in the term "sandwich artist" should be used loosely.

Had an awesome pizza sub this morning made by a young man, it was exactly how i asked, even with a little chat to go with it. I'll be returning real soon.

We were in very early so we had to have bread from yesterday still tasted great though. As for atmosphere? It's a subway there isn't any.

Not sure 4 spinach leaves, two slices of tomato, two slices of capsicum and a few carrots warrants a $10 bill for a 6 inch Italian BMT! Worst value for money in a long time. Oh and the slapping of the roll on the counter when done wasn't really necessary either. I think the store needs to address their customer service and quality of food being served!

tables outside were filthy, so couldn't even sit down to eat our meal like we had planned. worst subway we ever had. had zero flavour despite all of us ordering different subs - chicken schnitzel, tuna, bmt, ham. had to tell each person that one just had ham and cheese, nothing else and the glares the staff gave me were very rude. I asked for pickles on my subway and it was put on one half of my foot long, when I asked for more it was continued to be put on the same side, also had no beetroot available. the salads were barely present on the sub. honestly paid $47 for 2 footlongs & a 6 inch and 2 drinks. the best thing about the subway was the bottles of drink we got.

What a disgrace. Staff need retraining/termination. Meatballs cold (isn’t that a food safety issue re:danger zone?). Could tell before touching as well, as cheese on top not melted at all. Wrap I ordered barely any toppings paid extra for bacon got the smallest rasher ever. Franchisee/owner got their work cut out for them - no excuses or “stock standard” responses will fix it. Regular to shop for online takeaway but always missing napkins which might costing shop too much and unable to afford. Not just once but its very usual now Food is not but only thing they toast bun too much which make it. Hard from sides

Small servings for all salads on foot long subs. 3 staff were mostly asleep . Two customers in the shop with 3 staff but only one at the front with wait times on both bread and empty salad trays. Brilliant service from the owner today - we placed a large catering order with quite a few dietary requirements. He was wonderful in assisting with this to ensure the best outcome.

tried to spend money here twice, if you google them they will say open untill 9pm, however its not true 1st time closed at 8:35 (non holidays) nxt at 7:55 with a note stckytaped to the door that its holiday hours, not according to google however, dont wast your time & go to a different franchisee

Subway $5 lunch menu is very deceitful and disappointing. It clearly has a picture of the MLT with more then just one piece of beacon on it. It clearly shows more meat. NOT ONE PIECE OF BEACON! ANY PERSON CAN CLEARLY SEE THIS IN THE PICTURE. FAULSE ADVERTISING. Looks like it has salami and other meats on it! My family and I will never go back to subway again. Service was very rude aswell. The drinks from the vending machine tasted like chlorine with some sprite taste to it. The employees didn’t quite get what we wanted saladwise and had to repeat it like three times. One of the employees had a piercing thruough his nose which was not a very pleasant look at. The salad tasted a bit old and the cucumber is a way too watery. The only one who was a good employee was the one preparing the buns who understand her job very clearly.
