We had my sons 1st birthday at the Everton park hotel in the terrace area and I’m so happy with the experience! The staff were helpful and kind. The platters were yummy and well presented, and the playground was awesome for the kids. I’m so glad we chose this venue for this event and I can’t recommend them enough. I will be telling everyone who wants to throw a kids party that the Everton park hotel is 10/10!!

Very impressed with Christmas Lunch! The staff were EXTREMELY attentive and professional. There was a wide variety of very well presented food. They also had a great play area for the kids, face painting, magic show and a massive dessert buffet!! Very highly recommend!! Well done Everton team! Merry Christmas!!

Used to go here as a kid. Still very family friendly. Not the best value food, and the ordering system is not the most relaxed or consistent (different orders from different people made at the same time arrived half an hour apart), but the staff were apologetic about our experience. The food was ok for a pub. Burger was a bit too small, and the steak-eaters thought they were only OK, especially at $40. So 3 stars tops as a restaurant, but the extra star is because the kids had a good time.

Room was outdated, small and dirty. I was attacked by bugs in the bed the first night. No cutlery or plates. The cleaning staff were amazing when I told them they replaced all the linen. The hosts were great to my husband while I was in hospital at North west private. The food was a little over priced for some dishes. I had a salad the first night , absolutely amazing. The next night, different menu, again I ordered a salad , made me gag. They offered a replacement meal. I got fish and chips to the room. I felt the chefs were a tad annoyed as I got fish and chips, totally oily. Not drained out of the fryer. I know because I was a cook for many years. That’s why I gave 3 stars. What was good was very very good, and the bad.. well bad

Hired the terrace area for my sons first birthday, this was next to the playground/carousel so it was perfect. Playground is amazing for all ages. We got platters for the event and everyone said they were really good. The duck springs rolls were delicious! It was easy to book and organise, and was stress free! The only one thing that was a little disappointing was we booked the party from 12-2pm which is when the carousel was supposed to be running, but during the party the carousel closed as they were too busy at the restaurant, so we had some disappointed kids for a little while. Otherwise we were very happy with how everything went! Would recommend!

A family group of 7 enjoyed dinner here on Thursday evening. The kids loved the playground & free carousel. Special mention to Angie on the restaurant desk who went above & beyond to help us relocate to a much better table to view the children in the playground & out of the cool breeze. GO ANGIE.

The staff in the Bistro were absolutely AMAZING! So attentive and professional - our table of 8 was so impressed with the extremely high level of Service! It was honestly equivalent to the service of a top 5-star hotel! The food was brilliant too - a diverse range of fabulous food to suit all tastes. Highly recommend !

Made a last minute an early dinner reservation online for my Mum's birthday. We arrived a little early but were seated and balloons were even put on our table. All the staff were really friendly. The food was yummy and massive portions. It wasn't too busy, which meant it was quiet and we could hear the terrific playlist playing through the sound system. Will come back.

We would like to thank each and every team member for their care and compassion during our stay. My friend was recovering from eye surgery. Our experience from the team was more than WOW factor! From house keeping to restaurant and everyone in between. Rooms clean and comfortable, Food lovely tasty I can recommend fish and chips! watching kitchen/restaurant team was like watching a well oiled machine in motion. Nothing at all was to much trouble. Very many thanks to you all for making my friends recovery as comfortable as humanly possible 😊😊

What a surprise! Large hotel, with great restaurant & cafe. Stayed in the motel section which had everything you need for a weekend stay, & privacy from rest of the popular hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful to mature-age visitors. I left a dress behind in the cupboard & they swiftly returned it to me. Recommend for weekend events in north or west Brisbane.

Omg how did I no know about this place before!! It is so family friendly and now we have a toddler who won't stop moving it is amazing! I went here a couple of weeks ago for a family birthday and the kids play area is amazing. My son was absolutely obsessed with the fire truck and basically all he wanted to play with. The food came quickly and was really nice. I was silly and ordered the chicken tenders for my son but he wasn't interested as they were grilled - he was more interested in his cousins nuggets so I know what to order him next time 😂 I had the pork belly small plate and it was so delicious. Everyone in our group loved their food. It was a mix of vegans, vegetarians and meat esters. We were all happy. You can order from the bistro but we all ordered via the QR scan code (I prefer this to be be honest!) I have already booked another table for a couple of weeks with friends so our kids can play, dads can supervise the kids and we can have a wine! Thank you for making a pub so family friendly so the parent can have a great time as well as the kids.

Perhaps a little pricey for food that was just a little above average. Extremely limited dessert menu. Friendly and attentive staff, however. Played some eight ball in the sports bar on reasonably well maintained tables. This place does allow you to pay to open a table and avoid having to feed it coin after each game. Seems to attract a fairly happy clientele, no evidence of hooliganism. A generally pleasant place for a meal. A drink or a game of pool.

Without a table booking and clearly packed out and busy , the dining host went out of his way to find a spot for our group to sit and eat. The professional standard of “every” staff member we dealt with was amazing. The food as always was amazing, extremely quick service on a packed out Saturday Night. Wow, what a play ground for the little ones. Amazing. My dinner was good, but please be careful with the steak guys, Medium Rare was a tad over cooked and with the price steak is these days it is l treat when going out. Service was good and hotel was nice and clean. Thanks team

This is the place to go if you have a family with young children. There are nightly carousels, and an enormous playground area. The drinks are fine - wine is ok The food has had an overhaul recently (2022). Prior to this it was basically bad pub food. Now - it’s reasonably good pub food. I will commend the chicken in particular - someone on staff really knows how to season them chicken. Strongly recommended. Stay away from the ribs - far too sweet.

We’ve continually been happy coming here. Our kids love the playground, we like a few moments of peace while they play, and the food is great pub food. The standout for us though is the staff. They are always lovely. Friendly, helpful, attentive. They are truly what keep us coming back. The owner and managers hopefully know that their team is awesome!

This restaurant is a disgrace. The service is horrible. You need to go inside all the time to ask staff to serve and clean the table. I asked them to storage an ice cream cake for me and they didn't storage it properly, they ruined my cake, it was melted like milkshake. When I went to ask them about my cake they didn't even know where it was. They ruined my birthday celebration. So disappointing, I will never come back to this restaurant.

We had our son's 1st birthday party there. The manager , and staff were very friendly and professional and helpful and everything was on plan and perfect. %100 satisfied and recommended.

Booked a meal for a group of 20+ diners. Lots of difficulty communicating with the venue as they rely too heavily on an automated phone booking system & I needed to speak to a person to check special arrangements for the group. More than a week of frustration with emails & phone messages going unanswered, eventually I had to go to the venue in person. But that wasn't the worst thing. On the night my group came in from club business at 8 (I had said they'd sit down after 8, maybe 8:15). At 8 we found most of the meals were already out - just dumped randomly on the empty table going cold. And this was in the public dining room (not that it would be ok even in a private function room). The staff were not even apologetic about it when I commented that it was bizzare. And we all had to try & work out what the meals were & who they belonged to by what they looked like. My club has been eating at restaurants and pubs every week for decades. We have even been to this pub several times before, but I doubt we will ever go there again.

Everton Park Hotel is our go to for family gatherings with good reason. Professional and cheerful staff, food excellent and quick, fantastic kids play area and the accommodation is great. My Govt accredited Assistance Dog was welcomed and this was much appreciated. Superb venue. Thanks EP.

Had a large booking here for my son’s christening. The food was good. The three stars is due to the rude manner in which a staff member spoke to me, over a misunderstanding I was already apologising for, as well as the fact that I sent an email informing this venue of what had occurred and heard nothing back. However, a member of my booking made a complaint after hearing this rudeness and heard back the next day.

This was both my first and last time frequenting this establishment. Sadly the service was sub-standard for the exuberant prices one pays for a pint of beer. The personalities of the staff were as dead as my chicken snitzel.

This is a nice spot if you’re local for a good feed at reasonable prices. There is an outdoor playground for kids and it’s easy to see them from inside. It’s not somewhere I’d particularly drive to - no views of any sort or other attractions to single it out. But if you’re local it’s ok.

We went here for an early Mother’s Day dinner- Meals were great portion size much better than some other local pubs but I will say I was absolutely shocked that the venue charges $2 for kids colouring in. Every other place I’ve been to it’s free or at at least free if you purchase a kids meal. Not to mention after dinner going to get an ice cream and ONE small baby scoop was $6!! Makes you reconsider when the Albany creek tavern down the road has these options for free with kids meals.

five stars if you have a kid. meet your other parenting friends here for a hang - the playground is A+ and outside is the official “obnoxiously loud family” area so we don’t have to feel like we’re bothering anyone else. ordered from the menu via QR code from the table and everything was delivered quickly; the only food we got was chips and they were great.

While this Hotel is handy for the locals, it was a God-send for us for the very close proximity to the Northwest Private Hosp next door. It was a huge relief to be able to stay here after being discharged from Hospital, rather than travel the 4 hrs home straight away. We had great customer service, even bringing our meals to the room. We were very grateful for their service.

Special thanks to Tim, Genna and the team who looked after our family of 22+ for a post funeral luncheon at the outdoor eatery, Nothing was too much trouble. The play centre was right next to our tables and Genna allowed us special use of the carousel for a delighted group of the grand children. Food and service great too. Five stars from us! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We went there last night to Bistro for dinner. I needed DFO + GFO. Only a couple of choices on menu . Ordered barramundi fillet. Came with veges including Kale stir fried which tasted soo bad . It was inedible I had to spit it out. When staff asked Re meal I told them. Their justification was it couldn’t be cooked with garlic butter… so that was it! Errr. Thanks but I’ll go elsewhere than risk it again! So sad. I’ve been to numerous family parties there n spent heaps of $$s there. Never again!

TERRIBLE service from a rude staff member, playground is so run down and outdated, and the meals were barely edible. Steak was sous vide, then finished on a grill, but so overcooked, especially for $50 a meal... then accompanied with a sad looking roast potato and beans... pasta was well undercooked and glue. Kids fish was dripping in oil. Overall disappointing and safe to say we will not be back.

Stayed one night during a visit to Brisbane. I was very very disappointed with this hotel. Firstly in the room there were plastic sheets stitched to the mattress, makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep, i haven't pissed in my bed since i was a child so did not find this necessary. Next the bathroom wasn't cleaned and i found a previous guests pubic hairs still in the shower. The crockery and cutlery wasn't clean, the room wasn't vacuumed properly and missed all the corners. there were food wrappers they missed, curtains were falling off, the pillows weren't stained but they were the cheapest i've ever come across. Meals were average at best and there was no menu in the room, to top that off the meals were overpriced for the rubbish that they served as food. My wine glass i was served my wine in still had a lipstick mark on it as the glass hadn't been properly washed. It took the waiter some time to find me a clean glass as the first three he grabbed were also dirty. Reception is hard to locate as it is in the middle of the hotel and not at the front with no visible signage to direct you. Generally this hotel is a hole and i would never stay there again. I would have rated it lower but i am forced to give it 1 star.

Best play area I’ve seen a restaurant have! Just Wow and carousel was an awesome surprise :) The food was a great size and also delicious I got the slow braised beef cheek , it was big and so tender! My partner got the chicken palmy and that was good too! I unfortunately forgot to take photos of the mains but have entered the yummy dessert i soon devoured <3

Came in after work looking for a good feed and was provided with the most delectable chicken burger I’ve ever laid eyes on. Also got $10 off by ordering on the app. It’s a shame Google only lets you rate up to 5 stars. 10/10 would go again

Have been to EP for several years and food has always been good or at the very least ok. This evening a table of 3 adults no meals were even ok. Food arrived at different times with large wait for third meal. All were ordered together. Desert and coffee was ordered , coffee arrived and desert delivered 26 mins later. Service was great , food was terrible. We were asked for feedback which was given but operator chose not to type anything into his feedback ipad and instead moved to the next table, I guess they only wanted positive feedback.😂

Chefs have NO IDEA how to cook, everything is over done and dry the 10 times we have been here with the family. Someone please teach Alex some customer service skills, needs some training.

The sports had a great atmosphere on Friday night the sausage sizzle was a great hit with myself and the boys. After a big week on the tools. Cheap beers and great service!

Attended a kid's party here and the playground and carousel were very popular. The party food was good. My only complaint was ordering a coffee which staff say they will deliver to the table. Waited a long time and saw other coffees ordered after mine but delivered before. I went back to the counter and picked it up but it was cold. Staff chose to tip it out instead of microwaving and make a new one. I had to wait for delivery again but second one was hot.

Great customer service 😊 I booked a table for our 5 yo bday party for 8 guests. The table was right near the awesome playground and had balloons on it, very nice touch. Food was great, fast, hot and yummy but unfortunately the beef burger pattie was very dry and bacon was chewy

Great choice of meals and friendly staff, ready to assist in making your dining experience a good one. Managers always willing to help with gluten free options for children. Father's Day lunch time entertainment was lovely to sit and listen to. The musician had a great voice singing easy listening cover songs. Always our first choice for eating out.

I went in between meals for a coffee with my 18 month old. Staff were super friendly and organized me a drink even though the kitchen was closed and getting ready for NYE. No one made me feel like I was on their way or making it harder for them. Coffee was great and my daughter loved the playground

Family meal on Christmas Eve. Outstanding service which even included a rapid and efficient cleanup of a spilt drink. The food was straight pub food well prepared and presented, and pretty reasonable value. The bistro was clean and well laid out - it was busy but not noisy. The ordering app worked perfectly and although I’m not a fan at least it was painless unlike many others. But I keep going back to the service which was very friendly, very efficient and it made our night a pleasure. Thanks guys.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and provided exceptional service! The food wasn't the cheapest, but it was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the price! The differences between the online menu and the physical menu were a little confusing, and it was quite inconvenient to only be able to order certain dishes online, especially if one's table considered their options partially on the physical menu and partially online, but wanted to order together. If you go here, I'd recommend doing the order online, even if you chose using a physical menu, although it'd be nicer for them to simplify the menu to bring parity between the physical and online ones. Overall, this was still a really awesome place, and I'd highly recommend it for top quality pub food!

Went here for New Year’s Eve and EP hotel went above and beyond for the kids! They had a disco for kids with a great entertainer. Food was awesome and service was great. This is a great child friendly restaurant! It has an amazing playground. highly recommend!

Lovely dinner for partners birthday. Staff are friendly and attentive making dining enjoyable, real family restaurant. Meals are well prepared and on the large size. Tried the new roasted cauliflower salad which was delicious!

Great service, delicious food and a fantastic playground for kids to play before the food arrives. Kids and seniors menus available and you can go up and order and pay separately or order from the table and pay online. Definitely going to return!

Food was ordinary ordered a caesar salad and bowl of chips. Could only taste the sauce on salad as it over rided the meal and chips were caked in salt. Stayed the night and only room that couldn't get channels working. No thought on discount or or even a free drink. Won't see me again

Thanks on behalf of the Aust Academy of JuJitsu for hosting a dinner for 35 at short notice (1 day) last Saturday evening. Meals were large and good and timely, and thanks in particular to Ben and Will who looked after us with the booking and helping us with the on-line booking system (very efficient for both food and drinks). Also thanks for assistance in wrapping the remaining cake to take home. We look forward to dining here again.

10 of us went for lunch including children. Was moderately busy which was great. The kids had a blast in the playground, it is really big with plenty of room for all. The food and drinks came in a timely manner and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, they are huge, no one was left hungry. Service was great and it was nice to get all our meals at the same time. I am sure we will be back

We attended your venue for celebration dinner on Friday night, we booked online which was really easy to navigate. When we got there we were greeted by the hostess (Sorry I forgot her name) who was really friendly, and showed us to our table. She explained the online menu and how to order, we haven't been out for a while so we haven't seen this type of thing before. The food came out altogether and was so tasty!! I had the gnocchi and it was so delicious, our entire table was very pleased with the food! We all really just wanted to say thank you for having us, and providing us with tremendous service as this was the first time our family had gotten together since COVID started. Please thank the staff on that night, we had an amazing time!

We dined at the Everton Park Hotel on a Saturday night with a young baby in tow. The food was excellent and the service was even better. They were so accommodating and helpful and genuinely pleasant. I cannot praise the staff enough; it made for a great family night out.

A lovely clean and tidy room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great hot shower. The staff were really nice and friendly as well and my car was safe - I felt safe. I would definitely go back again. Thankyou so much.

Brilliant, friendly and accommodating staff. Child friendly with a massive, well maintained outdoor play area (with a merry go around too!). Fabulous food options with generous servings. Heaps of parking. Have been here many times and it has never disappointed.

We were at the hotel on Saturday 8th October for a wake. We were looked after so we’ll. The staff were fantastic, the prices were a little bit dear but we enjoyed ourselves so much. Special thanks to Ned the bar person on public bar. Service was exceptional with an easy smile, good conversation and cool ability to serve while under a bit of stress. I went for dinner last night looking forward to having Asian Beef Salad. Totally disappointed. The meat was nice but nothing like the dish I was served up a few weeks ago. If I wanted coleslaw I would have ordered it. The dressing was nothing like what I had previously. Coleslaw is not a substitute for the original ingredients
