Location is great but I’d rather talk about the great, professional friendly and obliging service we got from Tyler and Gloria. No matter what we asked of them or requested they were so lovely and helpful with a warm friendly smile on their faces. Room was very clean and spacious, The grab and go breakfast was just right on the money also. Thank you quest for hiring consummate professionals to be the face of quest. This will definitely make us repeat customers. Now that we experienced the kind of service that is lacking in most places hope the other quest hotels can live up to Gloria’s and Tyler’s service. Zak

Excellent location, right next to Westside shopping center. Lacks cleanliness, 1 bed apartment I stayed at was dusty, TV Chrome cast didn't work and tikh 3 days to fix. Apartment lacked ventilation due to absence of windows., just had a single balcony slider. Breakfast is just takeaway packets of biscuits, coffee, bread, vegimit, which was not mentioned in the booking app so felt a bit misleaded. Not recommended for stays more than a couple of days.

It was expensive..we stayed a week and paid 182 per night we could have stayed at Hilton or Marriott... people park in the disabled car park .. you tell reception and nothing happend ... the also over charged my credit card.. send them an email and had no response.... stay somewhere else

The worst night sleep ever! The bed was so hard you could feel the springs through the mattress. But the staff could not be more helpful with anything else they just need better beds!

Arrived at the hotel at 4pm, room was not cleaned from prior guests, went back to reception, was given another room which the swipe card didn't work so back down to reception for a 3rd time. Rooms are paper thin, could hear noises from other guests all night, air con stopped working from 2am.

Good sized apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. Fridge, stove, oven and most the dinner ware and cutlery one would require. Friendly staff and an excellent location. Zero complaints. Would recommend

Stay here regularly for work. The apartments have great kitchen facilities and laundry. Bath / Shower is a bit small but a minor thing really.

A great place to stay, close to public transport and within walking distance of a major shopping centre. Being so close to a shopping centre, road noise was a concern at first. However, once you're in the room, it's hard to hear anything outside!

We stayed at Quest Chermside on Playfield for the weekend and enjoyed every moment of our stay! Upon arrival, check in was very easy and the staff were friendly and great to have a chat with. Our room was the 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a couple, all areas of the apartment were clean and the extra blankets and pillows were great too. Parking was easy and the location was very convenient. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back to stay in the future!

We stayed in the Accessible 2 Bedroom Apartment (102). We found the apartment itself incredibly spotless and complete with everything we could possibly need to prepare Christmas lunch for our family. The parking was great and the lift access from the basement was very helpful. Block out curtains and air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge made it very comfortable. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed to enjoy our stay. We’re so sad that in future when visiting our family in Brisbane we won’t be able to stay again due to the decision to not allow dogs in the future, such a shame :(

Great place to stay. Short walk to Chermside Shopping centre. I could walk home for a sleep when I got sick of the shops while the misses went on overdrive shopping

This was supposed to be such an amazing stay, great location and close to everything at Westfield. However - they were painting our floor & we werent made aware until after we had checked in. I have lung problems, so the sanding and paint fumes affected me quite badly. We also have a child with high allergies and this caused some major problems for her. The painter was out front of our door from 8am, banging sanding and painting. When we went to leave our room it was quite intimidating having someone standing there painting the door. Trying to remove our luggage proved to be quite difficult as he decided to continue painting the wall and barely took a step out of our way. If we had known about the painting when we received a confirmation call 2 days before our stay then we would have chosen another location. The beds were THE most uncomfortable. Pain inducing mattresses I have ever slept on. Springy, hard and at one point I thought I was going to roll out of the bed. Our dishwasher didn't work either, so last minute we realised we had to hand wash the dishes. Not great when your trying to be out of the room by 10am The free breakfast was good, but get there early or miss out on anything worthwhile. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed in the response we got when we raised these issues, and definitely won't be back.

Budget hotel with great customer service but very average rooms. I've stayed here a few times due to work and this place hasn't been updated since it was built. There is a room on ground floor that causes great anxiety to those with OCD with the TV and accompanying shelf sitting on a strong lean. I complained about this 5 years ago and yesterday I found the very same TV in the same condition. The slides at Dreamworld just an hour from this hotel are jealous at the decline on this device.

Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful rooms, apartments serviced daily, lovely little reception area with a selection of alcoholic beverages, the balconys arent too squishy and the location is great. Right next to a shopping centre. Most importantly, the staff are all really nice and helpful! I've stayed in many Quests and the overall experience of this one makes it one of the best ive been to. Better quality of servicing/cleaning, and excellent reception staff

Conveniently located in cherished walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Westfield shopping centre around the corner. Rooms are clean with adequate amenities. You can order food via deliveroo and have it charged back to your room. Some pet friendly rooms available. Would stay here again due to its convenience.

Had a minor injury prior during checkin, and the staff (Cody in particular) handled it professionally and the manager reimbursed medical transport. Room is surprisingly well laid out and exceeded my expectations. No real complaints!

Wanted a bond payment for the room, ok whatever I am not going to trash the place. Then found out at the end of the stay that it would take up to a month to get my bond back. Car park is very tight especially if you have a larger car, I ended up parking on the street as it was easier. Rooms were clean and tidy.
